294. The Committee is concerned that the State party does not have a national plan of action for the implementation of the Convention and that the State party does not have a clear and comprehensive child rights policy.

However, it remains concerned at the extent of abuse and violence within the family and at the fact that the State party does not have a clear policy for dealing with this phenomenon.
433- تحيط اللجنة علماً بالحماية القانونية التي ينصّ عليها قانون الطفولة والمراهقة المُعتمد مؤخراً، بيد أنها تظل قلقة إزاء ارتفاع مستوى إساءة المعاملة والعنف في الأسرة ولأن الدولة الطرف ليس لديها سياسة واضحة المعالم للتصدي لهذه الظاهرة.

(c) The absence of supervision and preparation of caregivers and that the State party does not have uniform regulations on different modalities of alternative care, including foster care and extended family care;

The Committee regrets that the State party lacks a framework and programme to promote knowledge of the Covenant and the Optional Protocol among its population. (art.2)
