٢٤١- لممثلي الدولة الطرف موضع التفتيش الحق في مراقبة جميع أنشطة التحقق التي يضطلع بها فريق التفتيش.

The inspected State Party shall provide means of communication to the observer [if necessary].
وتقوم الدولة الطرف موضع التفتيش بتوفير وسائل الاتصال للمراقب ]إذا دعت الضرورة[.

[Entry into the Territory of the inspected State Party and Transfer to the Inspection Site]

We also deem it necessary to include in the text the provision regulating the measures to be triggered by the inspected State Party and organization in case it is proved that members of the inspection team violated rules of conduct.
ونعتبر من الضروري كذلك أن ندرج في النص، الحكم الذي ينظم التدابير الذي يتعين أن تتخذها الدولة الطرف موضع التفتيش والمنظمة اذا ثبت أن أعضاء فريق التفتيش انتهكوا قواعد السلوك الواجب اتباعها.

107. In the performance of their duties on the territory of an inspected State Party, the members of the inspection team shall, if the inspected State Party so requests, be accompanied by representatives of the inspected State party, but the inspection team must not thereby be delayed or otherwise hindered in the exercise of its functions.
٧٠١- يكون أعضاء فريق التفتيش، عند أدائهم لواجباتهم في إقليم أي دولة طرف موضع تفتيـش، مصحوبين بممثلين عن هذه الدولة الطرف موضع التفتيش إذا ما طلبت ذلك، ولكن يجب ألا يتسبب ذلك في تأخير فريق التفتيش أو إعاقته بأي شكل آخر في ممارسته لوظائفه.
