• States to conclude

We urge States to conclude agreements, freely arrived at among the States of the region concerned, with a view to establishing new nuclear-weapon-free zones in regions where they do not exist, in accordance with the provisions of the Final Document of the first special session of the General Assembly devoted to disarmament and the principles adopted by the Disarmament Commission in 1999.
إننا نناشد الدول أن تبرم بمحض إرادتها اتفاقات بين دول المنطقة المعنية بغية إنشاء مناطق خالية من السلاح النووي في الأقاليم التي لا وجود لتلك الأسلحة فيها تمشيا مع أحكام الوثيقة الختامية للدورة الاستثنائية الأولى للجمعية العامة المكرسة لنزع السلاح والمبادئ التي اعتمدتها هيئة نزع السلاح في عام 1999.

٧ - تهيب بالدول الحائزة لﻷسلحة النووية أن تتفق، في انتظار التوصل إلى اﻹزالة التامة لﻷسلحة النووية على صك ملزم دوليا وملزم قانونا يتضمن تعهدا مشتركا بعدم البدء باستخدام اﻷسلحة النووية، وتهيب بجميع الدول أن تبرم صكا ملزما دوليا وملزما قانونا بشأن الضمانات اﻷمنية بعدم استخدام اﻷسلحة النوية والتهديد باستخدامها ضد الدول غير الحائزة لﻷسلحة النووية؛
