In order to assist the Committee in fulfilling the tasks entrusted to it pursuant to article 9 of the Convention and further to facilitate the task of States parties in the preparation of their reports, the Committee has decided that it would be useful to inform States parties of its wishes regarding the form and content of their reports.
2- وبغية مساعدة اللجنة في الاضطلاع بالمهام المنوطة بها بموجب المادة 9 من الاتفاقية، وكذلك تيسير مهمة الدول الأطراف في إعداد تقاريرها، قررت اللجنة أنه من المفيد إبلاغ الدول الأطراف برغبات اللجنة فيما يتعلق بشكل ومحتوى تقارير هذه الدول.

3. The Committee has adopted reporting guidelines to assist States parties in the preparation of initial and subsequent periodic reports.a The Committee strongly encourages all States parties to submit reports in accordance with these guidelines.
