In this regard the Committee would like to restate its view that it has always considered that the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia (Serbia and Montenegro) is duty bound as a State party to the International Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Racial Discrimination and that the Committee, in its actions, will continue to proceed on the basis of this understanding.
وبهذا الخصوص تود اللجنة أن تؤكد من جديد رأيها أنها ما زالت دوما تعتبر أن جمهورية يوغوسلافيا الاتحادية )صربيا والجبل اﻷسود( ملزمة بواجباتها بصفتها إحدى الدول اﻷطراف في الاتفاقية الدولية للقضاء على جميع أشكال التمييز العنصري، وأن اللجنة ستواصل التصرف على أساس هذا الفهم.

The report of the mission was examined, particularly the attitude of the Government of Yugoslavia, namely, its refusal to cooperate since it has not been allowed to participate in the meeting of the States parties to the International Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Racial Discrimination.
وأنه جرى النظر في تقرير البعثة، لاسيما موقف حكومة يوغوسلافيا، أي رفضها التعاون لعدم السماح لها بالمشاركة في اجتماع الدول اﻷطراف في الاتفاقية الدولية للقضاء على جميع أشكال التمييز العنصري.
