At its 7th meeting, on 15 March 2013, the Commission considered agenda item 8, entitled " Preparations for the high-level review of the implementation by Member States of the Political Declaration and Plan of Action on International Cooperation towards an Integrated and Balanced Strategy to Counter the World Drug Problem.
97- نظرت اللجنة، في جلستها السابعة المعقودة في 15 آذار/مارس 2013، في البند 8 من جدول الأعمال المعنون " الأعمال التحضيرية للاستعراض الرفيع المستوى بشأن تنفيذ الدول الأعضاء للإعلان السياسي وخطة العمل بشأن التعاون الدولي صوب استراتيجية متكاملة ومتوازنة لمواجهة مشكلة المخدِّرات العالمية " .

At its sixty-eighth session, the General Assembly welcomed Commission on Narcotic Drugs resolution 56/12 on the preparation for the high-level review of the implementation by Member States of the Political Declaration and Plan of Action, which was held during the fifty-seventh session of the Commission, in March 2014.
وفي دورتها الثامنة والستين، رحبت الجمعية العامة بقرار لجنة المخدرات 56/12 المؤرخ 15 آذار/مارس 2013 بشأن الأعمال التحضيرية للاستعراض الرفيع المستوى لحالة تنفيذ الدول الأعضاء للإعلان السياسي وخطة العمل الذي أجري خلال الدورة السابعة والخمسين للجنة في عام آذار/مارس 2014.

21. The ministers and Government representatives participating in the high-level segment adopted the Joint Ministerial Statement of the 2014 high-level review by the Commission on Narcotic Drugs of the implementation by Member States of the Political Declaration and Plan of Action.
٢١- واعتمد الوزراء وممثلو الحكومات الذين شاركوا في الجزء الرفيع المستوى البيان الوزاري المشترك المنبثق عن استعراض لجنة المخدِّرات الرفيع المستوى، في عام 2014، لتنفيذ الدول الأعضاء للإعلان السياسي وخطة العمل.

In the same resolution, the Assembly also decided to convene, early in 2016, a special session on the world drug problem, following the high-level review of the progress made in the implementation by Member States of the Political Declaration and Plan of Action, which would be conducted by the Commission on Narcotic Drugs at its fifty-seventh session, in March 2014.
كما قرَّرت الجمعية، في القرار نفسه، أن تعقد في أوائل عام 2016 دورةً استثنائيةً بشأن مشكلة المخدِّرات العالمية، وذلك في أعقاب الاستعراض الرفيع المستوى للتقدم المحرز في تنفيذ الدول الأعضاء للإعلان السياسي وخطة العمل، والذي ستعقده لجنة المخدِّرات في دورتها السابعة والخمسين، في آذار/مارس 2014.

24. The European Union looked forward to sharing the strategy with its international partners, in preparation for the high-level review of the implementation by Member States of the Political Declaration and Plan of Action on International Cooperation towards an Integrated and Balanced Strategy to Counter the World Drug Problem.
