The Working Group invites all States that have received a request for a visit by the Working Group to respond favourably to it, in accordance with Human Rights Council resolution 21/4.

أ- مجموع عدد التصديقات على الاتفاقيات والبروتوكولات الدولية الستة عشر المتصلة بالإرهاب من جانب الدول التي تلقت مساعدة منذ عام 2003:

a. Total number of ratifications of the 16 international conventions and protocols related to terrorism by States that have received assistance since 2003
أ- مجموع عدد التصديقات على الاتفاقيات والبروتوكولات الدولية الستة عشر المتصلة بالإرهاب من جانب الدول التي تلقت مساعدة منذ عام 2003

The States parties of MERCOSUR reaffirm the value of extradition as an essential tool in fighting terrorism and call on States which have received requests from States parties of MERCOSUR for the extradition of terrorists to process those requests in the requisite manner.
كما تؤكد الدول الأطراف في السوق المشتركة أهمية تسليم المطلوبين بوصفه أداة أساسية في مكافحة الإرهاب، وتحث الدول التي تلقت طلبات تسليم إرهابيين من الدول الأطراف في السوق المشتركة على تلبية تلك الطلبات على النحو الواجب.

وفي الدول التي تلقت تلك المساعدات، يقدّر عدد التصديقات الجديدة التي حدثت منذ عام 2003 بنحو 469 تصديقاً، منها 71 تصديقاً في عام 2008.

b. Number of States that have received advisory services for the establishment and effective operation of central authorities on international cooperation in criminal matters
ب- عدد الدول التي تلقت خدمات مشورة لإنشاء أجهزة مركزية معنية بالتعاون الدولي في المسائل الجنائية ولتسيير تلك الأجهزة بفعالية

5. Requests States that have received a request for extradition on a capital charge to reserve explicitly the right to refuse extradition in the absence of effective assurances from relevant authorities of the requesting State that capital punishment will not be carried out;
5- تطلب إلى الدول التي تلقت طلب تسليـم بناء على تهمة عقوبتها الإعدام أن تحتفظ صراحة بالحق في رفض التسليم ما لم توجد تأكيدات فعالة من السلطات المختصة للدولة الطالبة بأن عقوبة الإعدام لن تنفذ؛

(ii) Promotion of the implementation, by competent national authorities, of mechanisms to verify the legitimacy of commercial transactions before they take place, including timely feedback to exporting States by States that have received pre-export notifications;
' ٢ ' قيام السلطات الوطنية المختصة بالتشجيع على استعمال آليات التحقق من شرعية الصفقات التجارية قبل اتمامها ، بما في ذلك حصول الدول المصدرة على افادات عن النتائج في الوقت المناسب من الدول التي تلقت الاشعارات السابقة للتصدير ؛

7. Requests States that have received a request for extradition on a capital charge to reserve explicitly the right to refuse extradition in the absence of effective assurances from relevant authorities of the requesting State that capital punishment will not be carried out;

6- تطلب إلى الدول التي تلقت طلب تسليـم بناء على تهمة عقوبتها الإعدام أن تحتفظ صراحة بالحق في رفض التسليم ما لم توجد تأكيدات فعلية من السلطات المختصة للدولة الطالبة بأن عقوبة الإعدام لن تنفذ؛

7. Requests States that have received a request for extradition on a capital charge to reserve explicitly the right to refuse extradition in the absence of effective assurances from relevant authorities of the requesting State that capital punishment will not be carried out;
7- تطلب إلى الدول التي تلقت طلب تسليـم بناء على تهمة عقوبتها الإعدام أن تحتفظ صراحة بالحق في رفض التسليم ما لم توجد تأكيدات فعلية من السلطات المختصة للدولة الطالبة بأن عقوبة الإعدام لن تنفذ؛

We reaffirm the value of extradition as an essential tool in combating terrorism, and urge those States that have received requests for the extradition of terrorists made by States members of our Community to give them due consideration in strict adherence to the applicable legal framework.
ونعيد تأكيد قيمة تسليم المجرمين باعتباره أداة ضرورية لمكافحة الإرهاب، ونحث الدول التي تلقت طلبات لتسليم إرهابيين من دول أعضاء في جماعتنا، على أن تولي تلك الطلبات ما تستحقه من عناية مع الالتزام الدقيق بالإطار القانوني المعمول به.

The Working Group invites all States that have received a request for a visit by the Working Group to respond favourably to it, in accordance with Human Rights Council resolution 21/4.
ويدعو الفريق العامل جميع الدول التي تلقت منه طلباً للزيارة إلى الاستجابة للطلب وفقاً لقرار مجلس حقوق الإنسان 21/4().

The Working Group thanks the States that have extended invitations to visit their countries and invites all the States that have received a request for a visit by the Working Group to respond to it.
31- ويشكر الفريق العامل الدول التي وجَّهت له الدعوة لزيارة بلدانها ويدعو الدول التي تلقت دعوة من الفريق العامل لزيارتها إلى الرد عليه.

Reaffirm the value of extradition as an essential tool for combating terrorism, and urge those States that have received terrorism-related extradition requests from States members of CELAC to give them due consideration, in strict compliance with the applicable legal framework;
ويؤكدون على أهمية تسليم المجرمين باعتباره أداة أساسية في مكافحة الإرهاب، ويحثون الدول التي تلقت طلبات تسليم الإرهابيين المقدمة من الدول الأعضاء في جماعتنا، على النظر فيها على النحو الواجب للامتثال الكامل بالإطار القانوني الساري؛

(h) Number of States provided with assistance in addressing relevant elements of the United Nations Global Counter-Terrorism Strategy
(ح) عدد الدول التي تلقت المساعدة على تناول العناصر ذات الصلة في استراتيجية الأمم المتحدة العالمية لمكافحة الإرهاب

(iii) Increase in the total number of ratifications of the international conventions and protocols related to terrorism in all its forms and manifestations (since 2003) by States having received counter-terrorism technical assistance from UNODC

States which had received requests to extradite individuals involved in those crimes should respond favourably.
وينبغي أن تستجيب الدول التي تلقت طلبات بتسليم الأفراد المتورطين في تلك الجرائم وتوافق على تلك الطلبات.
