We urge nuclear-weapon States and any other States listed or mentioned in the relevant protocols to the treaties establishing nuclear-weapon-free zones that have not yet signed or ratified the protocols to do so as soon as possible, and urge those that have made reservations or unilateral interpretations to modify or withdraw them.
11 - ونحث الدول الحائزة للأسلحة النووية وسائر الدول المدرجة أو المذكورة في البروتوكولات ذات الصلة للمعاهدات المنشئة للمناطق الخالية من الأسلحة النووية والتي لم توقع أو تصدق على البروتوكولات على القيام بذلك في أقرب وقت ممكن، ونحث الدول التي أبدت تحفظات أو تفسيرات جانب واحد على تعديل هذه المواقف أو سحبها.
