١٢ - توصي بعقد الاجتماع العام المقبل المتعلق بالتعاون بين ممثلي أمانات مؤسسات منظومة اﻷمم المتحدة واﻷمانة العامة لجامعة الدول العربية ومنظماتها المتخصصة خلال عام ١٩٩٩؛

11. Also reaffirms the importance of holding the next general meeting on cooperation between representatives of the secretariats of the organizations of the United Nations system and of the General Secretariat of the League of Arab States and its specialized organizations during 2003;
11 - تؤكد مجددا أيضا أهمية عقد الاجتماع العام المقبل المتعلق بالتعاون بين ممثلي أمانات مؤسسات منظومة الأمم المتحدة والأمانة العامة لجامعة الدول العربية ومنظماتها المتخصصة خلال عام 2003؛

12. Also recommends that the next general meeting on cooperation between the representatives of the secretariats of organizations of the United Nations system and of the General Secretariat of the League of Arab States and its specialized organizations be held during 2003;

5. Expresses its appreciation to the organizational entities of the United Nations system and the League of Arab States and its specialized organizations for their contributions leading to the success of the sectoral meeting on human resources development in rural areas;
٥ - تعرب عن تقديرها للكيانات التنظيمية لمنظومة اﻷمم المتحدة وجامعة الدول العربية ومنظماتها المتخصصة ﻹسهاماتها التي أدت إلى نجاح الاجتماع القطاعي بشأن تنمية الموارد البشرية في المناطق الريفية؛

The draft resolution also calls on the institutions, agencies and programmes of the United Nations system to strengthen cooperation between the League of Arab States and its specialized institutions in all areas and to continue cooperation in order to ensure follow-up of multilateral proposals that seek to strengthen and broaden cooperation between the two organizations in all areas.
ويطلب مشروع القرار أيضا إلى وكالات منظومة الأمم المتحدة وسائر مؤسساتها وبرامجها زيادة التعاون مع جامعة الدول العربية ومنظماتها المتخصصة في جميع الميادين، وكذلك مواصلة التعاون في متابعة المقترحات المتعددة الأطراف التي تهدف إلى تعزيز وتوسيع التعاون في جميع الميادين بين المنظومتين.

Draft resolution A/65/L.33 recognizes the need to strengthen cooperation between the United Nations system and the League of Arab States and its specialized agencies in order to achieve the goals shared by the two organizations.
