The President may declare a meeting open and permit the debate to proceed when at least one third of the representatives of States participating in the Review Conference are present.
للرئيس أن يعلن افتتاح الجلسة وأن يسمح ببدء المناقشة عند حضور ممثلين عن ثلث الدول المشاركة في المؤتمر الاستعراضي على الأقل.

The presence of representatives of a majority of the States participating in the Review Conference shall be required for any decision to be taken.

2 - وقدَّمت الأمانة العامة معلومات إضافية بشأن حالة وثائق تفويض ممثلي الدول المشاركة في المؤتمر الاستعراضي المعني باتفاق تطبيق ما تضمنته اتفاقية الأمم المتحدة لقانون البحار المؤرخة 10 كانون الأول/ديسمبر 1982 من أحكام بشأن حفظ وإدارة الأرصدة السمكية المتداخلة المناطق والأرصدة السمكية الكثيرة الارتحال في 26 أيار/مايو 2006.

1. The Chairperson of a Committee may declare a meeting open and permit the debate to proceed when representatives of at least one quarter of the States participating in the Review Conference are present.
1- لرئيس أي لجنة أن يعلن افتتاح الجلسة وأن يسمح ببدء المناقشة عند حضور ممثلي ربع الدول المشاركة في المؤتمر الاستعراضي على الأقل.
