Urges the administering Powers concerned to take effective measures to safeguard and guarantee the inalienable rights of the peoples of the Non-Self-Governing Territories to their natural resources and to establish and maintain control over the future development of those resources, and requests the relevant administering Power to take all steps necessary to protect the property rights of the peoples of those Territories;
١١ - تحث الدول المعنية القائمة بالإدارة على اتخاذ تدابير فعالة لحماية الحقوق غير القابلة للتصرف لشعوب الأقاليم غير المتمتعة بالحكم الذاتي في مواردها الطبيعية وفي السيطرة على تنمية هذه الموارد في المستقبل والحفاظ على تلك السيطرة ولضمان تلك الحقوق، وتطلب إلى الدول المعنية القائمة بالإدارة أن تتخذ جميع الخطوات اللازمة لحماية حقوق الملكية لشعوب تلك الأقاليم؛

Mindful also that, in order for the Special Committee to enhance its understanding of the political status of the peoples of the Territories and to fulfil its mandate effectively, it is important for it to be apprised by the relevant administering Powers and to receive information from other appropriate sources, including the representatives of the Territories, concerning the wishes and aspirations of the peoples of the Territories,
وإذ تضع في اعتبارها أيضا أنه من المهم للجنة الخاصة، كي تتمكن من تعزيز فهمها للمركز السياسي لشعوب الأقاليم ومن الاضطلاع بولايتها بشكل فعال، أن تطلع عن طريق الدول المعنية القائمة بالإدارة على رغبات شعوب هذه الأقاليم وتطلعاتها، وأن تتلقى معلومات في هذا الشأن من مصادر مناسبة أخرى، منها ممثلو الأقاليم،

The Committee once again calls upon the administering Powers concerned to terminate such activities and to eliminate such military bases in compliance with the relevant resolutions of the General Assembly.
وتدعو اللجنة مرة أخرى الدول المعنية القائمة باﻹدارة الى إنهاء هذه اﻷنشطة وإزالة هذه القواعد العسكرية، امتثالا لقرارات الجمعية العامة ذات الصلة.

16. On 21 July, the text of the resolution (A/AC.109/2004) was transmitted to the representatives of the administering Powers concerned for the attention of their respective Governments.
١٦ - وفي ٢١ تموز/يوليه أحيل نص القرار A/AC.109/2004 إلى ممثلي الدول المعنية القائمة باﻹدارة ليبلغه كل إلى حكومته.
