The Special Committee recommended that the General Assembly renew its appeal to the administering Powers concerned to take all necessary steps for the implementation of the Declaration and the relevant United Nations resolutions, in accordance with the freely expressed wishes of the peoples of the Non-Self-Governing Territories.
لقد أوصت اللجنة الخاصة بأن تجدد الجمعية العامة نداءها إلى الدول المعنية القائمة بالادارة بأن تتخــذ جميــع الخطوات اللازمـة من أجل تنفيذ الاعلان وقرارات اﻷمم المتحدة ذات الصلة، وفقا للرغبات التي أعربت عنهــا بحريــة شعوب اﻷقاليــم غير المتمتعة بالحكم الذاتي.

2. Requests the administering Powers concerned to transmit or continue to transmit to the Secretary-General the information prescribed in Article 73 e of the Charter, as well as the fullest possible information on political and constitutional developments in the Territories concerned, within a maximum period of six months following the expiration of the administrative year in those Territories;
٢ - تطلب إلى الدول المعنية القائمة بالادارة أن توافي، أو أن تواصل موافاة، اﻷمين العام بالمعلومات المنصوص عليها في المادة ٧٣ ﻫ من الميثاق وكذلك بأتم قدر ممكن من المعلومات عن التطورات السياسية والدستورية في اﻷقاليم المعنية، وذلك في غضون مدة أقصاها ستة أشهر من انتهاء السنة اﻹدارية في تلك اﻷقاليم؛

4. Requests its Acting Chairman to continue consultations with the administering Powers concerned on the implementation of paragraph 2 of the present resolution and to report thereon to the Special Committee as appropriate.
٤ - تطلب من رئيسها بالنيابة أن يواصل المشاورات مع الدول المعنية القائمة بالادارة بشأن تنفيذ الفقرة ٢ من هذا القرار، وأن يقدم تقريرا عن ذلك الى اللجنة الخاصة حسب الاقتضاء.

3. Requests the administering Powers concerned to transmit or continue to transmit to the Secretary-General the information prescribed in Article 73 e of the Charter, as well as the fullest possible information on political and constitutional developments in the Territories concerned, within a maximum period of six months following the expiration of the administrative year in those Territories;
٣ ـ تطلب من الدول المعنية القائمة بالادارة أن توافي، أو أن تواصل موافاة، اﻷمين العام بالمعلومات المنصوص عليها في المادة ٣٧ )ﻫ( من الميثاق وكذلك بأكمل ما يمكن من المعلومات عن التطورات السياسية والدستورية في اﻷقاليم المعنية وذلك في غضون مدة أقصاها ستة أشهر من انتهاء السنة الادارية في تلك الاقاليم؛

11. Requests the administering Powers concerned to facilitate the participation of appointed and elected representatives of Non-Self-Governing Territories in the relevant meetings and conferences of the specialized agencies and other organizations of the United Nations system so that the Territories may benefit from the related activities of those agencies and organizations;
١١ - تطلب إلى الدول المعنية القائمة بالادارة تيسير مشاركة ممثلي حكومات اﻷقاليم غير المتمتعة بالحكم الذاتي في الاجتماعات والمؤتمرات ذات الصلة التي تعقدها الوكالات المتخصصة وغيرها من مؤسسات منظومة اﻷمم المتحدة بحيث يتسنى لهذه اﻷقاليم اﻹفادة من اﻷنشطة ذات الصلة التي تضطلع بها تلك الوكالات والمؤسسات؛

20. On 16 September, the text of the omnibus resolution (A/AC.109/1092) was transmitted to the Permanent Representatives of New Zealand, the United Kingdom and the United States, the administering Powers concerned, for the attention of their Government.
٠٢ - وفي ٦١ أيلول/سبتمبر، أحيل نص القرار الجامع (A/AC.109/1092) الى الممثلين الدائمين لكل من نيوزيلندا والمملكة المتحدة والولايات المتحدة وهي الدول المعنية القائمة بالادارة لعلم حكوماتهم.

3. Requests the administering Powers concerned to transmit or continue to transmit to the Secretary-General the information prescribed in Article 73 e of the Charter, as well as the fullest possible information on political and constitutional developments in the Territories concerned, within a maximum period of six months following the expiration of the administrative year in those Territories;

31. Also on 21 July 1994, copies of the consolidated resolution (A/AC.109/2002) were transmitted to the Permanent Representative of New Zealand, the United Kingdom and the United States, the administering Powers concerned, from the attention of their Governments.
٣١ - وفي ٢١ تموز/يوليه ١٩٩٤ أيضا، أحيلت نسخ من القرار الموحد (A/AC.109/2002) الى الممثلين الدائمين لنيوزيلندا والمملكة المتحدة والولايات المتحدة وهي الدول المعنية القائمة بالادارة لعناية حكوماتهم.

16. Urges the administering Powers concerned to facilitate the participation of the representatives of the Governments of Trust and Non-Self-Governing Territories in the relevant meetings and conferences of the agencies and organizations so that the Territories may draw the maximum benefits from the related activities of the specialized agencies and other organizations of the United Nations system;
١٦ - تحث الدول المعنية القائمة بالادارة على تيسير مشاركة ممثلي حكومات اﻷقاليم المشمولة بالوصاية وغير المتمتعة بالحكم الذاتي في الاجتماعات والمؤتمرات ذات الصلة التي تعقدها الوكالات والمؤسسات بحيث يمكن لهذه اﻷقاليم أن تحقق أقصى فوائد ممكنة من اﻷنشطة ذات الصلة التي تبذلها الوكالات المتخصصة وغيرها من مؤسسات منظومة اﻷمم المتحدة؛

16. Urges the administering Powers concerned to facilitate the participation of the representatives of the Governments of Trust and Non-Self-Governing Territories in the relevant meetings and conferences of the agencies and organizations so that the Territories may draw the maximum benefits from the related activities of the specialized agencies and other organizations of the United Nations system;
١٦ - تحث الدول المعنية القائمة بالادارة على تيسير مشاركة ممثلي حكومات اﻷقاليم المشمولة بالوصاية وغير المتمتعة بالحكم الذاتي في الاجتماعات والمؤتمرات ذات الصلة التي تعقدها الوكالات والمؤسسات بحيث يتسنى لهذه اﻷقاليم أن تحقق الفائدة القصوى من اﻷنشطة ذات الصلة التي تضطلع بها الوكالات المتخصصة وغيرها من مؤسسات منظومة اﻷمم المتحدة؛
