تودع هذه الاتفاقية، التي تكون نصوصها اﻹسبانية والانكليزية والروسية والصينية والعربية والفرنسية متساوية في الحجية، لدى اﻷمين العام لﻷمم المتحدة، الذي يقوم بإرسال نسخ منها مصدقة حسب اﻷصول الى حكومات الدول الموقعة والمنضمة.

3 - يبلغ الأمين العام للأمم المتحدة فورا جميع الدول الموقعة والمنضمة بتاريخ كل توقيع، وتاريخ إيداع كل صك من صكوك التصديق أو الانضمام وتاريخ بدء نفاذ هذه المعاهدة، وباستلام أية إخطارات أخرى.

39 - يبلغ الأمين العام للأمم المتحدة فورا جميع الدول الموقعة والمنضمة بتاريخ كل توقيع، وتاريخ إيداع كل صك من صكوك التصديق أو الانضمام وتاريخ بدء نفاذ هذه المعاهدة، وباستلام أية إخطارات أخرى.
