Furthermore, I would like to invite the Member States to look favourably on the draft resolution that will be submitted by the Alliance of Small Island States through the Group of 77, and to ensure its passage and implementation.

18. Invites Member States to include projects in the field of crime prevention and criminal justice as part of their priority areas for development, and urges the United Nations Development Programme and other funding agencies to provide financial support for the execution of relevant projects as a contribution to sustainable development;
٨١ ـ يدعو الدول اﻷعضاء الى أن تدرج ضمن مجالاتها الانمائية ذات اﻷولوية مشاريع في ميدان منع الجريمة والعدالة الجنائية، ويحث برنامج اﻷمم المتحدة الانمائي وغيره من الوكالات التمويلية على تقديم الدعم المالي اللازم لتنفيذ المشاريع ذات الصلة، باعتبار ذلك مساهمة في التنمية المستدامة؛
