With regard to the operative part, the General Assembly reaffirms the importance and urgency of preventing an arms race in outer space and the readiness of all States to contribute to that common objective.
وفيما يتعلق بالمنطوق فإن الجمعية العامة تعيد تأكيد الطابع الهام والملح لمسألة منع حدوث سباق تسلح في الفضاء الخارجي واستعداد جميع الدول للمساهمة في تحقيق هذا الهدف المشترك.

Reaffirms the importance and urgency of preventing an arms race in outer space and the readiness of all States to contribute to that common objective, in conformity with the provisions of the Treaty on Principles Governing the Activities of States in the Exploration and Use of Outer Space, including the Moon and Other Celestial Bodies;
