It can only provide preliminary assistance from its organic capacity, can identify future capacity requirements for the Lebanese authorities and enter into dialogue with States and other entities in pursuit of the fulfilment of those measures identified.
إذ يمكنها فقط تقديم مساعدة أولية من قدرتها الأصلية، كما يمكنها تحديد الاحتياجات اللازمة للسلطات اللبنانية من القدرات في المستقبل وإجراء حوار مع الدول وسائر الكيانات سعيا لاستيفاء تلك التدابير المحددة.

2. Also reaffirms the importance it attaches to compliance with its resolutions 46/215, 49/116, 49/118 and 52/29, and urges States and other entities to enforce fully such measures;

7. Calls upon States and other entities and regional and subregional fishery management organizations and arrangements that have not done so to consider taking measures to implement the provisions of the Agreement;

We fully support the adoption of draft resolution A/52/L.29 calling on all States and other entities to become party to the Agreement for the Implementation of the Convention on the Law of the Sea.
ونؤيد تمام التأييد مشروع القرار A/52/L.29 الذي يطلب إلى جميع الدول وسائر الكيانات أن تصبح أطرافا في اتفاق تنفيذ أحكام اتفاقية قانون البحار.

21. Calls upon all States and other entities referred to in article X, paragraph 1, of the Compliance Agreement that have not yet become parties to that Agreement to do so as a matter of priority and, in the interim, to consider applying it provisionally;
21 - تهيب بجميع الدول وسائر الكيانات المشار إليها في الفقرة 1 من المادة العاشرة من اتفاق الامتثال، التي لم تصبح بعد أطرافا في هذا الاتفاق، أن تفعل ذلك على سبيل الأولوية، وأن تنظر لحين قيامها بذلك في تطبيقه بصورة مؤقتة؛

3. Calls upon all States and other entities referred to in article 1, paragraph 2 (b), of the Agreement that have not done so to ratify or accede to it and to consider applying it provisionally;
٣ - تطلب إلى جميع الدول وسائر الكيانات المشار إليها في الفقرة ٢ )ب( من المادة ١ من الاتفاق، التي لم توقع بعد على الاتفاق أو لم تصادق عليه أو لم تنضم إليه، أن تفعل ذلك، وأن تنظر في تطبيقه مؤقتا؛

2. Also reaffirms the importance it attaches to compliance with its resolutions 46/215, 49/116, 49/118, 50/25, 52/29 and 53/33, and urges States and other entities to enforce fully the measures recommended in those resolutions;

(g) Conducts research and studies at the national, regional and global levels, including regular surveys to assess crime trends and operations of the criminal justice system and promotes the exchange and dissemination of information among States and other entities by maintaining regular contacts with outside institutions, associations and universities;
)ز( يجري البحوث والدراسات على الصعيد الوطني واﻹقليمي والعالمي، بما في ذلك الدراسات الاستقصائية الدورية لتقييم اتجاهات الجريمة وعمليات نظام العدالة الجنائية، ويشجع على تبادل المعلومات ونشرها بين الدول وسائر الكيانات عن طريق إقامة اتصالات منتظمة بالمؤسسات والرابطات والجامعات الخارجية؛

In the same resolution, the General Assembly called upon all States and other entities that had not done so to ratify or accede to the Agreement and consider applying it provisionally, and to also ensure that any declarations or statements that they had made or made when signing, ratifying or acceding to the Agreement were consistent with articles 42 and 43 of the Agreement.
٢ - وفي نفس القرار، طلبت الجمعية العامة من جميع الدول وسائر الكيانات التي لم توقع بعــد على الاتفاق أو لم تصدﱢق عليه أو لم تنضم إليه أن تفعل ذلك وأن تنظـر في تطبيقه بصفـة مؤقتــة، وأن تكفل أيضا أن يكون أي إعلان أصدرته أو تصدره أو بيان أدلت به أو تدلي به عند التوقيـــع على الاتفاق أو التصديق عليه أو الانضمام إليه متسقا مع المادتين ٢٤ و ٣٤ من الاتفاق.
