In paragraph 3 of the same report, the General Committee decided to recommend that an item entitled " Commemoration of the seventy-fifth anniversary of the Great Famine of 1932-1933 in Ukraine (Holodomor) " not be included in the agenda of the sixty-second session.

59. With regard to item 156 of the draft agenda (Commemoration of the seventy-fifth anniversary of the Great Famine of 1932-1933 in Ukraine (Holodomor)), the General Committee decided to postpone to a later date, during this calendar year, its consideration of the question of the inclusion of this item.
59 - وفيما يتعلق بالبند 156 من مشروع جدول الأعمال (إحياء الذكرى الخامسة والسبعين لمجاعة عامي 1932 و 1933 الكبرى في أوكرانيا (هولودومور))، قرر المكتب إرجاء النظر في مسألة إدراج هذا البند إلى وقت لاحق من هذه السنة.

In paragraph 59, the General Assembly is also informed that the General Committee decided to postpone to a later date during this calendar year its consideration of the question of the inclusion of item 156 of the draft agenda, " Commemoration of the seventy-fifth anniversary of the Great Famine of 1932-1933 in Ukraine (Holodomor) " .

Upon instructions of my Government and in accordance with rule 15 of the rules of procedure of the General Assembly, I have the honour to request the inclusion in the agenda of the sixty-second session of the Assembly of an additional item entitled " Commemoration of the seventy-fifth anniversary of the Great Famine of 1932-1933 in Ukraine (Holodomor) " , with subsequent consideration of the item directly at a plenary meeting of the Assembly.
