وقرر المجلس كذلك تطبيق حظر السفر وتجميد الأصول على الأفراد والكيانات الذين تسميهم اللجنة (المنشأة عملا بالقرار 1970 (2011) بشأن ليبيا) الذين يشاركون أو يتواطؤون في الأمر بارتكاب انتهاكات خطيرة لحقوق الإنسان ضد أشخاص في ليبيا.

(l) Urging those who are or will be engaged in peace talks and agreements to ensure that child protection provisions, including the release and reintegration of children, are integrated into the peace talks and agreements;

1- تتخذ كل دولة طرف تدابير مناسبة لتشجيع الأشخاص الذين يشاركون أو شاركوا في ارتكاب فعل مجرّم وفقا لهذه الاتفاقية على تقديم معلومات مفيدة إلى السلطات المختصة لأغراض التحقيق والاثبات، وعلى توفير مساعدة فعلية محددة للسلطات المختصة يمكن أن تسهم في استرداد العائدات الإجرامية.

1. Each State Party shall take appropriate measures to encourage persons who participate or who have participated in the commission of any of the offences established in accordance with this Convention to provide factual, specific help to competent authorities that may contribute to the recovery of the proceeds of crime.
1- تتخذ كل دولة طرف التدابير الملائمة لتشجيع الأشخاص الذين يشاركون أو شاركوا في ارتكاب أي جرم محدد بناء على هذه الاتفاقية على توفير مساعدة فعلية ومعينة للأجهزة المختصة يمكن أن تساهم في استرداد عائدات الجريمة.

1. Each State Party shall take appropriate measures to encourage persons who participate or who have participated in the commission of an offence established by this Convention to supply information useful to competent authorities for investigative and evidentiary purposes and to provide factual, specific help to competent authorities that may contribute to depriving offenders of the proceeds of crime and to recovering such proceeds.
1- تتخذ كل دولة طرف تدابير مناسبة لتشجيع الأشخاص الذين يشاركون أو شاركوا في ارتكاب فعل مجرّم وفقا لهذه الاتفاقية على تقديم معلومات مفيدة إلى السلطات المختصة لأغراض التحقيق والاثبات، وعلى توفير مساعدة فعلية محددة للسلطات المختصة يمكن أن تسهم في حرمان الجناة من عائدات الجريمة واسترداد تلك العائدات.

In article 26 of the Convention, measures to encourage those who participate or have participated in an organized criminal group to cooperate with law enforcement officials in order to facilitate investigation and prosecution (art. 26, para. 1) are outlined.
40- تبيّن المادة 26 من الاتفاقية التدابير المتعلقة بتشجيع الأشخاص الذين يشاركون أو كانوا يشاركون في جماعات إجرامية منظّمة على التعاون مع الموظفين المكلفين بإنفاذ القانون من أجل تيسير التحقيق في الجرائم وملاحقة مرتكبيها (الفقرة 1 من المادة 26).

Each State Party shall take appropriate measures to encourage persons who participate or who have participated in the commission of an offence established by this Convention to supply information useful to competent authorities for investigative and evidentiary purposes and to provide factual, specific help to competent authorities that may contribute to depriving offenders of the proceeds of crime and to recovering such proceeds.
1- تتخذ كل دولة طرف تدابير مناسبة لتشجيع الأشخاص الذين يشاركون أو شاركوا في ارتكاب فعل مجرّم وفقا لهذه الاتفاقية على تقديم معلومات مفيدة إلى السلطات المعنية لأغراض التحقيق والاثبات، وعلى توفير مساعدة فعلية محددة للسلطات المعنية يمكن أن تسهم في حرمان الجناة من العائدات الاجرامية واسترجاع تلك العائدات.

Paragraph 1 of article 26 (Measures to enhance cooperation with law enforcement authorities), requires States parties to take appropriate measures to encourage persons who participate or have participated in organized criminal groups to supply information useful to competent authorities for investigation and evidentiary purposes and to provide concrete help to competent authorities in depriving organized criminal groups of the proceeds of crime.
31- تلزم الفقرة 1 من المادة 26 من الاتفاقية (المعنونة تدابير تعزيز التعاون مع أجهزة إنفاذ القانون) الأطراف باتخاذ التدابير الملائمة لتشجيع الأشخاص الذين يشاركون أو شاركوا في جماعات إجرامية منظمة على تزويد الأجهزة المختصة بمعلومات مفيدة لأغراض التحري والإثبات، وعلى تقديم مساعدة ملموسة للأجهزة المختصة من أجل حرمان الجماعات الإجرامية المنظّمة من العائدات الإجرامية.

(a) Involved in or complicit in ordering, controlling or otherwise directing, the commission of serious human rights abuses against persons in the Libyan Arab Jamahiriya, including by being Involved in or complicit in planning, commanding, ordering or conducting attacks, in violation of international law, including aerial bombardments, on civilian populations and facilities; or
(أ) الذين يشاركون أو يتواطؤون في إصدار الأمر بارتكاب انتهاكات خطيرة لحقوق الإنسان ضد أشخاص في الجماهيرية العربية الليبية أو التحكم في ارتكاب تلك الانتهاكات أو توجيهها بطريقة أخرى، ويشمل ذلك المشاركة أو التواطؤ في التخطيط للقيام بهجمات، بما في ذلك عمليات القصف الجوي، ضد السكان المدنيين والمرافق المدنية أو قيادة تلك الهجمات أو إصدار الأمر بارتكابها أو القيام بها، بما ينتهك أحكام القانون الدولي؛

(i) Further urging those who are or will be engaged in peace talks and agreements to ensure that child protection provisions, including the release and reintegration of children, are integrated into the peace talks and agreements;
