In that context, it was considered desirable to avoid unnecessary departure from the provisions on interim measures as contained in chapter IV A of the UNCITRAL Arbitration Model Law.

86. The Working Group noted that article 26 mirrored the provisions on interim measures of chapter IV A of the UNCITRAL Arbitration Model Law.

Annex IX entry B3140 pertains to waste pneumatic tyres, excluding those destined for Annex IVA operations.
57 - ويتعلق المدخل B3140 في المرفق التاسع بإطارات الهواء المضغوط الخردة، باستثناء تلك الموجهة إلى عمليات المرفق الرابع ألف.

The reference to Annex IVA means that B3140 cannot be used for transboundary movements destined, for example, for landfills or discharge into the sea or oceans.
وتعنى الإشارة إلى المرفق الرابع ألف أنه لا يمكن استخدام المدخل B3140 بالنسبة لعمليات النقل عبر الحدود، مثلاً لأغراض مدافن القمامة أو التصريف في البحر أو المحيطات.
