• IV to the Staff Regulations

(b) The following definitions shall be used in ascertaining whether the conditions contained in annex IV to the Staff Regulations and this rule are met:
(ب) تستخدم التعاريف التالية للاستيثاق من الوفاء بالشروط الواردة في المرفق الرابع للنظام الأساسي للموظفين وفي هذه القاعدة:

(b) The following definitions shall be used in ascertaining whether the conditions contained in annex IV to the Staff Regulations and this rule are met:
(ب) تستخدم التعاريف التالية للاستيثاق من استيفاء الشروط الواردة في المرفق الرابع للنظام الأساسي للموظفين وفي هذه القاعدة:

(c) Project personnel shall be eligible for payment of the repatriation grant in accordance with annex IV to the Staff Regulations if they meet all the following conditions:
(ج) يحق لموظف المشاريع الحصول على منحة الإعادة إلى الوطن وفقا للمرفق الرابع للنظام الأساسي للموظفين إذا استوفى جميع الشروط التالية:

(c) Staff members who are considered internationally recruited pursuant to staff rule 4.5 shall be eligible for payment of the repatriation grant in accordance with annex IV to the Staff Regulations provided that they meet the following conditions:
الأهلية (ج) يحق للموظفين الذين يعتبرون معيّنين دولياً عملا بالقاعدة 4-5 الحصول على منحة الإعادة إلى الوطن وفقا للمرفق الرابع للنظام الأساسي للموظفين شريطة الوفاء بالمتطلبات التالية:

(c) Staff members who are considered internationally recruited pursuant to staff rule 4.5 shall be eligible for payment of the repatriation grant in accordance with annex IV to the Staff Regulations provided they meet the following conditions:
(ج) يحق للموظفين الذين يعتبرون معيّنين دولياً عملا بالقاعدة 4/5 الحصول على منحة الإعادة إلى الوطن وفقا للمرفق الرابع للنظام الأساسي للموظفين شريطة الوفاء بالمتطلبات التالية:

(a) The purpose of the repatriation grant provided by staff regulation 9.4 is to facilitate the relocation of expatriate staff members to a country other than the country of the last duty station, provided that they meet the conditions contained in annex IV to the Staff Regulations and in this rule.
(أ) الغرض من منحة الإعادة إلى الوطن التي ينص عليها البند 9-4 من النظام الأساسي للموظفين هو تيسير انتقال الموظف المغترب إلى بلد غير بلد مركز عمله الأخير، على أن يفي بالشروط الواردة في المرفق الرابع للنظام الأساسي للموظفين وفي هذه القاعدة.

(d) A staff member holding a temporary appointment who is eligible under paragraph (c) above to receive the repatriation grant under this rule shall be paid the repatriation grant only for himself or herself in accordance with the rate for staff members with neither a spouse nor a dependent child at the time of separation as set out in annex IV to the Staff Regulations.
(د) تُدفع للموظف المعيّن مؤقتاً، الذي يحق له بموجب الفقرة (ج) أعلاه الحصول على منحة الإعادة إلى الوطن بموجب هذه القاعدة، منحة الإعادة إلى الوطن لنفسه فقط وفقا للمعدل الذي يسري على الموظفين الذين ليست لهم زوجة ولا ولد معال عند انتهاء الخدمة على النحو المبين في المرفق الرابع للنظام الأساسي للموظفين.

(f) The amount of repatriation grant for eligible staff members shall be computed on the basis of annex IV to the Staff Regulations and in accordance with terms and conditions established by the Secretary-General for determining the length of qualifying service for repatriation grant purposes.
(و) يُحسب مبلغ منحة الإعادة إلى الوطن للموظفين المستحقين استنادا إلى المرفق الرابع للنظام الأساسي للموظفين ووفقا للأحكام والشروط التي يضعها الأمين العام لتقرير مدة الخدمة المؤهلة للحصول على منحة الإعادة إلى الوطن.
