States Parties shall take all appropriate measures to eliminate discrimination against women in order to ensure to them equal rights with men in the field of education and in particular to ensure, on a basis of equality of men and women:
تتخذ الدول الأطراف جميع التدابير المناسبة للقضاء على التمييز ضد المرأة لكي تكفل لها حقوقا مساوية لحقوق الرجل في ميدان التربية. وبوجه خاص لكي تكفل لها، على أساس المساواة بين الرجل والمرأة:

" States Parties shall take all appropriate measures to eliminate discrimination against women in order to ensure to them equal rights with men in the field of education and in particular to ensure, on a basis of equality of men and women:
تنص المادة ١٠ على: اتخاذ الدول الأطراف جميع التدابير المناسبة للقضاء على التمييز ضد المرأة لكي تكفل لها حقوقا مساوية لحقوق الرجل في ميدان التربية وبوجه خاص لكي تكفل، على أساس المساواة بين الرجل والمرأة:

UNESCO has a major role and responsibility within the United Nations system for the implementation of the Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Discrimination against Women, which provides that " the States Parties shall take all appropriate measures to eliminate discrimination against women in order to ensure to them equal rights with men in the field of education " (art. 10).
3- وتؤدي اليونسكو دوراً رئيسياً وتتحمل أعباءً رئيسية في منظومة الأمم المتحدة لتنفيذ اتفاقية القضاء على جميع أشكال التمييز ضد المرأة، التي تنص على أن " تتخذ الدول الأطراف جميع التدابير المناسبة للقضاء على التمييز ضد المرأة لكي تكفل لها حقوقاً مساوية لحقوق الرجل في ميدان التربية " (المادة 10).

3 - وتؤدي اليونسكو دوراً رئيسياً وتتحمل أعباءً رئيسية في منظومة الأمم المتحدة لتنفيذ اتفاقية القضاء على جميع أشكال التمييز ضد المرأة، التي تنص في المادة 10 منها على أن " تتخذ الدول الأطراف جميع التدابير المناسبة للقضاء على التمييز ضد المرأة لكي تكفل لها حقوقاً مساوية لحقوق الرجل في ميدان التربية " .
