She stated that although child trafficking continued to be a problem in the region, a victory of sorts had been won, because the issue was being discussed more openly with Governments, local communities and NGOs. This report has been prepared by the working group led by the Vice Minister for Social Welfare and Labour, established under an Order by the Minister of Social Welfare and Labour and comprised of representatives from the relevant ministries, agencies and nongovernmental organizations operating in the field of rights, development and protection of persons with disabilities, based on the work plan approved in tandem.

وعملا بالفقرة 7-3-2 من المادة 7 من قانون مكافحة العنف المنزلي، تم بأمر مشترك من وزير الدولة بوزارة العدل والشؤون الداخلية ووزير الدولة بوزارة الرعاية الاجتماعية والعمل إنشاء فريق يقوم بوضع وتنفيذ برنامج تدريب إجباري الغرض منه تغيير سلوك مرتكبي العنف المنزلي.
