22- تكرر طلبها إلى مفوضة الأمم المتحدة السامية لحقوق الإنسان أن تولي اهتماماً خاصاً لمشكلة عبء ديون البلدان النامية، ولا سيما أقلها نمواً، وبخاصة للأثر الاجتماعي للتدابير الناشئة عن الديون الخارجية؛

Requests the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights to pay particular attention to the situation of migrants and asylum-seekers fleeing recent events in North Africa described in the present resolution, to report to the Human Rights Council at its eighteenth session and to provide updates thereon;
8- يطلب إلى مفوضة الأمم المتحدة السامية لحقوق الإنسان أن تولي اهتماماً خاصاً لحالة المهاجرين وملتمسي اللجوء الفارّين من الأحداث الأخيرة في شمال أفريقيا، المبينة في هذا القرار، وأن تقدم تقريراً إلى مجلس حقوق الإنسان في دورته الثامنة عشرة وتزوده بأحدث المعلومات بهذا الشأن؛

The present report is submitted pursuant to Human Rights Council resolution 17/22, in which the Council requested the Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights to pay particular attention to the situation of migrants and asylum-seekers fleeing recent events in North Africa, to report to the Council at its eighteenth session, and to provide updates thereon.
يُقدَّم هذا التقرير عملاً بقرار مجلس حقوق الإنسان 17/22، الذي طلب فيه المجلس إلى مفوضية الأمم المتحدة السامية لحقوق الإنسان أن تولي اهتماماً خاصاً لحالة المهاجرين وملتمسي اللجوء الفارين من الأحداث الأخيرة في شمال أفريقيا، وتقديم تقرير في الموضوع إلى المجلس في دورته الثامنة عشرة، وتزوده بأحدث المعلومات بهذا الشأن.
