The Council also endorses the Commission's request to the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights to provide all the necessary resources for the effective fulfilment of the mandate of the Special Rapporteur.
ويؤيد المجلس كذلك طلب اللجنة إلى مفوضة الأمم المتحدة السامية لحقوق الإنسان توفير جميع الموارد اللازمة للمقرر الخاص لتمكينه من تنفيذ مهام ولايته تنفيذاً فعالا.

The Committee requests the Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights to provide the funding to implement this decision, if necessary through the plans of action.
وتطلب اللجنة إلى مفوضية الأمم المتحدة السامية لحقوق الإنسان توفير التمويل من أجل تنفيذ هذا المقرر، وذلك عن طريق خطط العمل إذا اقتضى الأمر.

6- يطلب إلى مفوضية الأمم المتحدة السامية لحقوق الإنسان توفير الدعم الكافي للمقرر الخاص، بما في ذلك تزويده بموارد بشرية مؤهلة، بغية تيسير إنجاز الولاية المسندة إليه بموجب هذا القرار؛

8. Requests the Secretary-General and the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights to provide all administrative, technical and logistical assistance required to enable the fact-finding mission to fulfil its mandate promptly and efficiently;
8- يطلب إلى الأمين العام ومفوضة الأمم المتحدة السامية لحقوق الإنسان توفير كل ما يلزم من مساعدة إدارية وتقنية ولوجستية لتمكين بعثة تقصي الحقائق من إنجاز ولايتها بسرعة وكفاءة؛

9. Requests the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights to provide all the necessary resources for the effective fulfilment of the Special Rapporteur's mandate from within existing resources;
9- تطلب إلى مفوضة الأمم المتحدة السامية لحقوق الإنسان توفير كافة الموارد اللازمة لاضطلاع المقرر الخاص بولايته على نحو فعال في نطاق الموارد المتوفرة حالياً؛

" 2. Decides to request the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights to provide guidance on the question of protecting human rights and fundamental freedoms whilst countering terrorism, as well as:
2- تقرر الطلب إلى مفوضية الأمم المتحدة السامية لحقوق الإنسان توفير الإرشاد بشأن مسألة حماية حقوق الإنسان والحريات الأساسية في سياق مكافحة الإرهاب، علاوة على ما يلي:

The Assembly requested the Secretary-General and the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights to provide the Centre with additional funds and human resources in order to enable it to efficiently respond to increased needs in the field of promotion and protection of human rights and to contribute to the development of the culture of democracy in Central Africa.
وطلبت الجمعية العامة إلى الأمين العام ومفوضة الأمم المتحدة السامية لحقوق الإنسان توفير أموال وموارد بشرية إضافية للمركز لتمكينه من القيام بفعالية بتلبية الاحتياجات المتزايدة في مجالي تعزيز وحماية حقوق الإنسان، وللمساهمة في تنمية ثقافة الديمقراطية في وسط أفريقيا.
