السجن المؤبد أو المؤقت الذي لا يقل عن ثلاث سنوات.

In the case of public servants, the term of imprisonment may extend to imprisonment for life or imprisonment of up to ten years.
وفي حالة الموظفين العموميين، يجوز تمديد فترة الحبس إلى السجن المؤبد أو لغاية عشر سنوات.
