٤- تطلب كذلك إلى حكومة اسرائيل، وهي الدولة المحتلة ﻷراض في جنوب لبنان وبقاعه الغربي، أن تطلق فوراً سراح كافة اﻷسرى والمخطفوفين اللبنانيين، وغيرهم من المعتقلين في السجون والمعتقلات داخل اﻷراضي اللبنانية المحتلة، خلافاً لجميع اتفاقيات جنيف والقانون الدولي؛

4. Further calls upon the Government of Israel, the occupying Power of territories in southern Lebanon and the west Bekaa, to release immediately all those Lebanese and other prisoners detained in the Israeli prisons and detention centres contrary to all the Geneva Conventions and to other provisions of international law;
٤- تطلب كذلك إلى حكومة اسرائيل، وهي الدولة المحتلة ﻷراض في جنوب لبنان وبقاعه الغربي، أن تطلق فورا سراح جميع هؤلاء اللبنانيين وغيرهم من المعتقلين في السجون والمعتقلات الاسرائيلية خلافا لجميع اتفاقيات جنيف وأحكام القانون الدولي اﻷخرى؛
