7. On 27 June 1997 the President of Tajikistan, the leader of UTO and the Special Representative of the Secretary-General signed the General Agreement on the Establishment of Peace and National Accord in Tajikistan.
٧ - في ٢٧ حزيران/يونيه ١٩٩٧، وقﱠع رئيس طاجيكستان وزعيم المعارضة الطاجيكية الموحدة والممثل الخاص لﻷمين العام الاتفاق العام المتعلق بإقرار السلام وتحقيق الوفاق الوطني في طاجيكستان.

We highly value the efforts of all States and international organizations that have served as guarantors for the General Agreement on the Establishment of Peace and National Accord in Tajikistan, signed in Moscow under the aegis of the United Nations on 27 June 1997.
ونقدر تقديرا كبيرا جهود كل الدول والمنظمات الدولية التي ضمنت الاتفاق العام ﻹقرار السلام وتحقيق الوفاق الوطني في طاجيكستان الذي وقع تحت رعاية اﻷمم المتحدة في موسكو في ٢٧ حزيران/ يونيه ١٩٩٧.

2. On 27 June 1997, President Emomali Rakhmonov, Sayed Abdullo Nuri, leader of the United Tajik Opposition (UTO) and Mr. Gerd Merrem, my Special Representative for Tajikistan, signed in Moscow the General Agreement on the Establishment of Peace and National Accord in Tajikistan and the Moscow Declaration.
٢ - في ٢٧ حزيران/يونيه ١٩٩٧، قام الرئيس إمام علي رحمانوف، وزعيم المعارضة الطاجيكية الموحدة سيد عبد الله نوري، وممثلي الخاص في طاجيكستان السيد غيرد ميريم، بالتوقيع في موسكو على الاتفاق العام ﻹقرار السلام وتحقيق الوفاق الوطني في طاجيكستان وعلى إعلان موسكو.

20. Since I last reported to the Security Council three months ago, work on the implementation of the General Agreement on the Establishment of Peace and National Accord in Tajikistan has continued at a slow pace.
٢٠ - منذ تقريري اﻷخير إلى مجلس اﻷمن المقدم من ثلاث أشهر مضت، استمر الاتفاق العام ﻹقرار السلام وتحقيق الوفاق الوطني في طاجيكستان بمعدل سرعة بطيء.

The Ministers called on the Tajik parties to complete the full implementation of the General Agreement on the Establishment of Peace and National Accord in Tajikistan, signed in Moscow on 27 June 1997.
ودعا الوزراء الطرفين الطاجيكيين لاستكمال التنفيذ الكامل للاتفاق العام بشأن إحلال السلام وتحقيق الوفاق الوطني في طاجيكستان الموقع في موسكو في ٢٧ حزيران/يونيه ١٩٩٧.

6. On 27 June 1997, after three years of inter-Tajik talks on national reconciliation, the President of the Republic of Tajikistan and the leader of UTO signed the General Agreement on the Establishment of Peace and National Accord in Tajikistan.
٦ - وفي ٢٧ حزيران/يونيه ١٩٩٧، وبعد ثلاث سنوات من محادثات المصالحة الوطنية فيما بين اﻷطراف الطاجيكية، وقع رئيس جمهورية طاجيكستان وزعيم المعارضة الطاجيكية الموحدة الاتفاق العام ﻹقرار السلام وتحقيق الوفاق الوطني في طاجيكستان.

8. The Commission on National Reconciliation was established by the General Agreement on the Establishment of Peace and National Accord in Tajikistan, which was signed by the President of Tajikistan, the leader of the UTO and the Special Representative of the Secretary-General on 27 June 1997.
٨ - أنشئت لجنة المصالحة الوطنية بموجب الاتفاق العام المتعلق بإقرار السلام وتحقيق الوفاق الوطني في طاجيكستان الذي وقعه رئيس جمهورية طاجيكستان، وزعيم المعارضة الطاجيكية الموحدة والممثل الخاص لﻷمين العام في ٢٧ حزيران/يونيه ١٩٩٧.

The members of the Council also received a briefing by the Assistant Secretary-General for Peacekeeping Operations, on the latest developments in Tajikistan, in particular the meeting of the Commission on National Reconciliation (CNR) held on 10 February 1998, the implementation of the General Agreement on the Establishment of Peace and National Accord in Tajikistan and the security situation in the country.
واستمع أعضاء المجلس أيضا إلى إحاطة إعلامية من اﻷمين العام المساعد لعمليات حفظ السلام عــن آخــر التطورات في طاجيكستان، ولا سيما اجتماع اللجنة المعنية بالمصالحة الوطنية المعقود في ١٠ شباط/ فبراير ١٩٩٨، وتنفيذ الاتفاق العام ﻹقامة السلام وتحقيق الوفاق الوطني في طاجيكستان وعن الحالة اﻷمنية في البلد.
