25- 2 تكون لأي قرار نهائي تصدره محكمة أو هيئة قضائية مختصة بموجب الاتفاقية المتعلقة بحقوق والتزامات السلطة والمتعاقد قوة نفاذ في إقليم أي دولة طرف في الاتفاقية تتأثر بذلك القرار.

3.2 Upon application by the Contractor, not later than six months before the expiration of this contract, this contract may be extended for periods of not more than five years each on such terms and conditions as the Authority and the contractor may then agree in accordance with the Regulations.
٣-٢ يجوز، بناء على طلب يقدمه المتعاقد في موعد أقصاه ستة أشهر قبل انقضاء هذا العقد، تمديد هذا العقد لفترات لا يتجاوز أي منها خمس سنوات باﻷحكام والشروط التي يتفق عليها عندئذ بين السلطة والمتعاقد وفقا لﻷنظمة.
