One speaker noted that the Bangalore Principles of Judicial Conduct (Economic and Social Council resolution 2006/23, annex) were a valuable tool for the development and revision of domestic standards and rules governing the professional and ethical conduct of members of the judiciary.
124- وأشار أحد المتكلمين إلى أن مبادئ بنغالور بشأن سلوك الجهاز القضائي (مرفق قرار المجلس الاقتصادي والاجتماعي 2006/23) أداة قَيّمة لوضع معايير وقواعد داخلية وتنقيحها، تحكم السلوك المهني والأخلاقي للعاملين في سلك القضاء.

3. Invites Member States, consistent with their domestic legal systems, to encourage their prosecution services to take into consideration the Standards of Professional Responsibility and Statement of the Essential Duties and Rights of Prosecutors and the above-mentioned addendum when reviewing or developing rules with respect to the professional and ethical conduct of members of prosecution services;
3- تدعو الدول الأعضاء، إلى تشجيع أجهزة النيابة العامة التابعة لها على أن تأخذ بعين الاعتبار معايير المسؤولية المهنية لأعضاء النيابة العامة وبيان واجباتهم وحقوقهم الأساسية، والإضافة المذكورة أعلاه، لدى مراجعة أو وضع قواعد بشأن السلوك المهني والأخلاقي لأعضاء أجهزة النيابة العامة، بما يتوافق مع نظمها القانونية الداخلية؛
