34. In accordance with section 1, paragraph 14, of the annex to the Agreement, until the end of the year following the year during which the Agreement enters into force, the administrative expenses of the Authority shall be met through the budget of the United Nations.

By its resolution 48/263 of 28 July 1994, the General Assembly had decided to fund the administrative expenses of the Authority until the end of the year following the year during which the Agreement relating to the implementation of Part XI of the United Nations Convention on the Law of the Sea of 10 December 1982 entered into force.
٢ - وكانت الجمعية العامة قد قررت، بموجب قرارها ٨٤/٣٦٢ المؤرخ ٨٢ تموز/يوليه ٤٩٩١، تمويل المصروفات اﻹدارية للسلطة حتى نهاية السنة التالية للسنة التي يبدأ خلالها نفاذ الاتفاق بشأن تنفيذ الجزء الحادي عشر من اتفاقية اﻷمم المتحدة لقانون البحار المؤرخة ٠١ كانون اﻷول/ديسمبر ٢٨٩١.
