3. Commends the cooperation extended by the Government of the Sudan to the independent expert and to the United Nations and African Union missions in the Sudan in the field of human rights and international humanitarian law, and urges the Government to continue its cooperation;
3- يثني على تعاون حكومة السودان مع الخبير المستقل ومع بعثة كل من الأمم المتحدة والاتحاد الأفريقي في السودان في مجال حقوق الإنسان والقانون الإنساني الدولي، ويحث الحكومة على مواصلة تعاونها؛

The present report is submitted pursuant to Human Rights Council resolution 18/17 on technical assistance and capacity-building for South Sudan in the field of human rights.
يُقدّم هذا التقرير عملاً بالقرار 18/17 الصادر عن مجلس حقوق الإنسان بشأن تقديم المساعدة التقنية والمساعدة في بناء القدرات لجنوب السودان في مجال حقوق الإنسان.

36. Technical assistance to South Sudan in the field of human rights should build on the policies and programmes currently being implemented by the Government of South Sudan with the support of UNMISS, the United Nations country team and the country's development partners.

1. Takes note of the report of the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights on technical assistance and capacity-building for South Sudan in the field of human rights;
