3. Acknowledges also the efforts made by the Government of the Sudan to implement the recommendations identified by the Group of Experts, but expresses its concern that, for various reasons, the implementation of many recommendations has not been fully completed so as to lead to the desired level of improvement in the situation of human rights in Darfur;
3- يعترف بالجهود التي تبذلها حكومة السودان لتنفيذ التوصيات التي حددها فريق الخبراء، ولكنه يعرب عن قلقه لعدم تنفيذ توصيات عديدة حتى الآن تنفيذاً كاملاً لأسباب شتى بحيث تفضي إلى تحقيق المستوى المنشود فيما يتعلق بتحسين حالة حقوق الإنسان في دارفور؛

4. In its resolution 6/35, the Council acknowledged the efforts made by the Government of the Sudan to implement the recommendations identified by the group of experts, but expressed its concern that, for various reasons, the implementation of many recommendations had not been fully completed so as to lead to the desired level of improvement in the situation of human rights in Darfur.
4- وسلّم المجلس في قراره 6/35 بالجهود التي بذلتها حكومة السودان لتنفيذ التوصيات التي حددها فريق الخبراء، غير أن المجلس أعرب عن قلقه لكون الكثير من التوصيات لم تُنفّذ تنفيذاً كاملاً حتى الآن، لأسباب شتى، بحيث تفضي إلى تحقيق مستوى التحسن المنشود في حالة حقوق الإنسان في دارفور.

6. Takes note of initial measures taken by the Government of the Sudan to implement the recommendations of the Group of Experts and to address human rights concerns, including the deployment of police personnel in Darfur and the sentencing of several perpetrators of serious violations of human rights, but notes that a number of the recommendations have not yet been implemented;
6- يحيط علماً بالتدابير الأولية التي اتخذتها حكومة السودان لتنفيذ توصيات فريق الخبراء ولمعالجة الشواغل المتصلة بحقوق الإنسان، بما في ذلك نشر قوات الشرطة في دارفور ومحاكمة العديد من مرتكبي الانتهاكات الخطيرة لحقوق الإنسان، بيد أنه يلاحظ أن عدداً من التوصيات لم يُنفَّذ بعد؛

On 23 December 2006, in a letter addressed to the Secretary-General, President Omer Al-Bashir confirmed that the Addis Ababa conclusions and the Abuja communiqué " constitute a viable framework for peaceful settlement of the conflict in Darfur " and reaffirmed the readiness of the Government of the Sudan to implement the Addis Ababa conclusions and the Abuja communiqué.
