Invites all Governments and organizations of the United Nations system to take all possible measures to ensure that the permanent sovereignty of the peoples of the Non-Self-Governing Territories over their natural resources is fully respected and safeguarded in accordance with the relevant resolutions of the United Nations on decolonization;
8 - تدعو جميع الحكومات والمؤسسات في منظومة الأمم المتحدة إلى اتخاذ جميع التدابير الممكنة لضمان احترام السيادة الدائمة لشعوب الأقاليم غير المتمتعة بالحكم الذاتي على مواردها الطبيعية وصونها بصفة تامة، وفقا لقرارات الأمم المتحدة ذات الصلة بشأن إنهاء الاستعمار؛

8 - تدعو جميع الحكومات ومؤسسات منظومة الأمم المتحدة إلى اتخاذ جميع التدابير الممكنة التي في ظلها تحترم السيادة الدائمة لشعوب الأقاليم غير المتمتعة بالحكم الذاتي على مواردها الطبيعية وتُصان تماما، وفقا لما تنص عليه في هذا الصدد قرارات الأمم المتحدة المتعلقة بإنهاء الاستعمار؛
