13 - تؤكد أهمية ممارسات الإدارة الرشيدة لتعزيز بيئة عمل تتسم بالإيجابية والشفافية من أجل معالجة العوامل الأساسية التي تؤدي إلى حدوث منازعات في مكان العمل، وتطلب إلى الأمين العام أن يقدم تقريرا عن الجهود المبذولة في هذا الشأن إلى الجمعية العامة في الجزء الرئيسي من دورتها التاسعة والستين؛

7. Requests the High Commissioner to submit concrete recommendations on the implementation of the present resolution, and requests the Secretary-General to submit a comprehensive report in this regard, to the General Assembly at its sixty-eighth session;

26. The Advisory Committee recalls that in paragraph 11 of its resolution 53/227, the General Assembly requested the Secretary-General to take the necessary measures to ensure the full implementation of the decisions of the Assembly regarding the Qana incident and to report on that matter to the Assembly at its fifty-fourth session.
26 - وتشير اللجنة الاستشارية إلى أن الجمعية العامة طلبت إلى الأمين العام في الفقرة 11 من قرارها 53/227 أن يتخذ التدابير اللازمة لكفالة التنفيذ التام لمقررات الجمعية فيما يتعلق بالحادث الذي وقع في قانا، وأن يقدم تقريرا بهذا الشأن إلى الجمعية العامة في دورتها الرابعة والخمسين.

٨١ - تطلب إلى اللجنة الخاصة أن تواصل دراسة مسألة اﻷقاليم الصغيرة وأن توصي الجمعية العامة بأنسب الخطوات التي يتوجب اتخاذها لتمكين سكان تلك اﻷقاليم من ممارسة حقهم في تقرير المصير والاستقلال، وأن تقدم تقريرا في هذا الشأن إلى الجمعية العامة في دورتها الخمسين.

12. ١٢ - تطلب إلى اللجنة الخاصة أن تواصل دراسة مسألة اﻷقاليم الصغيرة، وأن توصي الجمعية العامة بأنسب الخطوات التي يتوجب اتخاذها لتمكين سكان تلك اﻷقاليم من ممارسة حقهم في تقرير المصير، وأن تقدم تقريرا في هذا الشأن إلى الجمعية العامة في دورتها الحادية والخمسين.

13.
