Emphasizing the Committee's special relationship with UNICEF and the central roles NGOs play in sustaining programmes and improving children's lives, she stressed that NGOs should not be " displaced " by other civil society organizations and expressed concern that NGOs were not listed among the key partners of the UNICEF Office of Public Partnerships.
