In that context, they applaud the initiative of the State of Qatar and its proposal to establish a fund within the framework of the General Secretariat to support the Islamic Federal Republic of the Comoros, as well as the announcement by His Highness Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa Al Thani, Amir of the State of Qatar, of a donation of $2 million to that fund.

To commend the initiative of His Highness Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa Al Thani, Emir of the State of Qatar, in the matter of the establishment of a pension fund for employees of the Secretariat-General, and to express thanks to His Highness for providing the sum of $10 million as a founding grant to initiate the activity of the fund;
الإشادة بمبادرة حضرة صاحب السمو الشيخ حمد بن خليفة آل ثاني أمير دولة قطر بشأن إنشاء صندوق معاشات لموظفي الأمانة العامة، وتوجيه الشكر لسموه بتقديمه مبلغ 10 مليون دولار كدفعة تأسيسية لبدء العمل بهذا الصندوق.

In his statement at the opening session of the 24th Arab summit held in Doha on 26 March 2013, His Highness Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa Al Thani, Amir of the State of Qatar, proposed the establishment of a $1 billion fund to support Jerusalem. He announced that the State of Qatar would contribute $250 million towards the fund.
وخلال كلمة حضرة صاحب السمو الشيخ حمد بن خليفة آل ثاني، أمير دولة قطر، أمام الجلسة الافتتاحية للقمة العربية الـ 24 التي عقدت بالدوحة في 26 آذار/مارس 2013، اقترح سموه إنشاء صندوق لدعم القدس بموارد مالية قدرها مليار دولار أمريكي، وأعلن سموه عن تبرع دولة قطر في هذا الصندوق بمبلغ 250 مليون دولار.

20. Extends its utmost thanks and gratitude to His Highness the Emir of the State of Qatar, Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa Al Thani for his unfailing support to ISESCO and for kindly granting an annual financial support of US$200,000 to contribute to the implementation of its programmes and activities geared to the propagation of Arabic language and the promotion of Islamic culture.
20 - يتقدم بفائق عبارات الشكر والامتنان إلى صاحب السمو الشيخ حمد بن خليفة آل ثاني أمير دولة قطر على دعمه الموصول للإيسيسكو وعلى تكرمه بتخصيص منحة مالية سنوية قدرها 200 ألف دولار أمريكي، لمساعدتها على تنفيذ برامجها وأنشطتها الخاصة بنشر اللغة العربية وتعزيز الثقافة الإسلامية.
