On 23 November 1994, the Committee received, through its Secretary, an application from Mr. Ali Camara, requesting a review of Judgement No. 642 rendered by the United Nations Administrative Tribunal on 14 July 1994 in the case of Sow, Kane, Diatta, Dienne and Camara against the Secretary-General of the United Nations.
١٣ - وفي ٢٣ تشرين الثاني/نوفمبر ١٩٩٤، تلقت اللجنة، بواسطة أمينها، طلبا من السيد علي كامارا، يطلب فيه إعادة النظر في الحكم رقم ٦٤٢ الصادر عن المحكمة اﻹدارية لﻷمم المتحدة في ١٤ تموز/يوليه ١٩٩٤ في قضية سو، وخان، ودياتا، وديين، وكامارا ضد اﻷمين العام لﻷمم المتحدة.

5. On 17 March 1995, the Committee received, through its Secretary, an application from Mr. Vorobiev, requesting a review of Judgement No. 666 rendered by the United Nations Administrative Tribunal on 4 November 1994 in the case of Vorobiev against the Secretary-General of the United Nations.

9. On 6 April 1995, the Committee received, through its Secretary, an application from Ms. Burtis, requesting a review of Judgement No. 672 rendered by the United Nations Administrative Tribunal on 4 November 1994 in the case of Burtis against the Secretary-General of the United Nations.
٩ - وفي ٦ نيسان/ابريل ١٩٩٥، تلقت اللجنة، بواسطة أمينها، طلبا من السيدة بورتيس، تطلب فيه اعادة النظر في الحكم رقم ٦٧٢ الصادر عن المحكمة اﻹدارية لﻷمم المتحدة في ٤ تشرين الثاني/نوفمبر ١٩٩٤ في قضية بورتيس ضد اﻷمين العام لﻷمم المتحدة.

8. The Committee decided without a vote that there was not a substantial basis for the application under article 11 of the statute of the Administrative Tribunal and therefore concluded that the International Court of Justice should not be requested to give an advisory opinion in respect of Judgement No. 738 delivered by the United Nations Administrative Tribunal in the case of Nkubana against the Secretary-General of the United Nations.
٨ - وقررت اللجنة دون تصويت أن الطلب لا يستند إلى أي أساس جوهري بموجب المادة ١١ من النظام اﻷساسي للمحكمة اﻹدارية، وخلصت بالتالي إلى أنه لا ينبغي أن يطلب إلى محكمة العدل الدولية إصدار فتوى بصدد الحكم رقم ٧٣٨ الصادر عن المحكمة اﻹدارية لﻷمم المتحدة في قضية نكوبانا ضد اﻷمين العام لﻷمم المتحدة.

12. The Committee decided without a vote that there was not a substantial basis for the application under article 11 of the statute of the Administrative Tribunal and therefore concluded that the International Court of Justice should not be requested to give an advisory opinion in respect of Judgement No. 700 delivered by the United Nations Administrative Tribunal in the case of Benthin against the Secretary-General of the United Nations.
١٢ - وقررت اللجنة دون تصويت أن الطلب لا يستند إلى أي أساس جوهري بموجب المادة ١١ من النظام اﻷساسي للمحكمة اﻹدارية، وخلصت بالتالي إلى أنه لا ينبغي أن يطلب إلى محكمة العدل الدولية إصدار فتوى بصدد الحكم رقم ٧٠٠ الصادر عن المحكمة اﻹدارية لﻷمم المتحدة في قضية بنثين ضد اﻷمين العام لﻷمم المتحدة.

13. On 7 April 1995, the Committee received, through its Secretary, an application from Mr. Cure, requesting a review of Judgement No. 687 rendered by the United Nations Administrative Tribunal on 11 November 1994 in the case of Cure against the Secretary-General of the United Nations.

5. On 4 March 1996, the Committee received, through its Secretary, an application from Mr. Nkubana requesting a review of Judgement No. 738 rendered by the United Nations Administrative Tribunal on 21 November 1995 in the case of Nkubana against the Secretary-General of the United Nations.

9. On 10 April 1996, the Committee received, through its Secretary, an application from Ms. Benthin requesting a review of Judgement No. 700 rendered by the United Nations Administrative Tribunal on 28 July 1995 in the case of Benthin against the Secretary-General of the United Nations.

13. On 29 March 1996, the Committee received, through its Secretary, an application from Ms. Pappas requesting a review of Judgement No. 740 rendered by the United Nations Administrative Tribunal on 22 November 1995 in the case of Pappas against the Secretary-General of the United Nations.

On 1 April 1996, the Committee received, through its Secretary, an application from Ms. Mikdashi requesting a review of Judgement No. 741 rendered by the United Nations Administrative Tribunal on 22 November 1995 in the case of Mikdashi against the Commissioner-General of the United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees in the Near East.

On 3 April 1996, the Committee received, through its Secretary, an application from Mr. Museibes requesting a review of Judgement No. 737 rendered by the United Nations Administrative Tribunal on 21 November 1995 in the case of Museibes against the Commissioner-General of the United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees in the Near East.

On 20 March 1996, the Committee received, through its Secretary, an application from Mr. Huzeima requesting a review of Judgement No. 745 rendered by the United Nations Administrative Tribunal on 22 November 1995 in the case of Huzeima against the Commissioner-General of the United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees in the Near East.

8. The application from Ms. Beg dated 8 November 1995, requesting a review of Judgement No. 702 rendered by the United Nations Administrative Tribunal in the case of Beg v. the Secretary-General of the United Nations was received by the Secretary of the Committee on 15 November 1995.
٨ - وفــي ١٥ تشريـــن الثاني/نوفمبر ١٩٩٥، تسلم أمين اللجنة الطلب المقدم من السيدة بيغ والمؤرخ ٨ تشرين الثاني/نوفمبر ١٩٩٥، وتطلب فيه مراجعة الحكم رقم ٧٠٢ الصادر عن المحكمة اﻹدارية لﻷمم المتحدة في قضية بيغ ضد اﻷمين العام لﻷمم المتحدة.

12. The application from Ms. Larsen dated 14 November 1995, requesting a review of Judgement No. 703 rendered by the United Nations Administrative Tribunal in the case of Larsen v. the Secretary-General of the United Nations was received by the Secretary of the Committee on 16 November 1995.

The Committee decided, without a vote, that there was not a substantial basis for the application of Mr. Cure under article 11 of the Statute of the Administrative Tribunal and therefore concluded that ICJ should not be requested to give an advisory opinion in respect of Judgement No. 687 delivered by the United Nations Administrative Tribunal in the case of Cure against the Secretary-General of the United Nations.
١٦ - وقررت اللجنة، دون تصويت، عدم وجود أساس جوهري لطلب السيد كيور بموجب المادة ١١ من النظام اﻷساسي للمحكمة اﻹدارية ولذلك خلصت إلى أنه لا ينبغي أن يطلب إلى محكمة العدل الدولية إصدار فتوى فيما يتعلق بالحكم رقم ٦٨٧ الصادر عن المحكمة اﻹدارية لﻷمم المتحدة في قضية كيور ضد اﻷمين العام لﻷمم المتحدة.
