For each State or regional economic integration organization that ratifies, accepts or approves this Convention or accedes thereto after the deposit of the fiftieth instrument of ratification, acceptance, approval or accession, the Convention shall enter into force on the ninetieth day after the date of deposit by such State or regional economic integration organization of its instrument of ratification, acceptance, approval or accession.
2 - يبدأ نفاذ الاتفاقية بالنسبة لأي دولة أو منظمة إقليمية للتكامل الاقتصادي تصدّق على هذه الاتفاقية أو تقبلها أو تقرها أو تنضم إليها بعد إيداع الصك الخمسين من صكوك التصديق أو القبول أو الإقرار أو الانضمام في اليوم التسعين التالي لتاريخ إيداع هذه الدولة أو المنظمة الإقليمية للتكامل الاقتصادي صك تصديقها أو إقرارها أو قبولها أو انضمامها.

For each State or regional economic integration organization that ratifies, accepts or approves this Convention or accedes thereto after the deposit of the fiftieth instrument of ratification, acceptance, approval or accession, the Convention shall enter into force on the ninetieth day after the date of deposit by such State or regional economic integration organization of its instrument of ratification, acceptance, approval or accession.
2 - يبدأ نفاذ الاتفاقية، بالنسبة لأي دولة أو منظمة إقليمية للتكامل الاقتصادي تصدق على هذه الاتفاقية أو تقبلها أو تقرها أو تنضم إليها، بعد إيداع الصك الخمسين من صكوك التصديق أو القبول أو الإقرار أو الانضمام، في اليوم التسعين التالي لتاريخ إيداع هذه الدولة أو المنظمة الإقليمية للتكامل الاقتصادي لصك تصديقها أو إقرارها أو قبولها أو انضمامها.

11. With respect to the negotiating process under the Intergovernmental Negotiating Committee, on 27 September, the Government of Chad had deposited with the United Nations the fiftieth instrument of ratification or accession to the Convention, thus attaining the number required for its entry into force, which would take place on 26 December 1996.
١١ - وفيما يتعلق بعملية التفاوض في إطار لجنة التفاوض الحكومية الدولية، قال المتكلم إنه ينبغي تأكيد أن حكومة تشاد قد أودعت لدى اﻷمم المتحدة في ٢٧ أيلول/سبتمبر الصك الخمسين من صكوك التصديق علـــى الاتفاقية أو الانضمام اليها، وبهذا فقد اكتمل العدد اللازم لدخولها حيز النفاذ، الذي سيحدث في ٢٦ كانون اﻷول/ديسمبر ١٩٩٦.
