2. For each State ratifying or acceding to the present Convention after the deposit of the twentieth instrument of ratification or accession, the Convention shall enter into force on the thirtieth day after the deposit by such State of its instrument of ratification or accession.
2 - يبدأ نفاذ الاتفاقية، بالنسبة لكل دولة تصدق على الاتفاقية أو تنضم إليها بعد إيداع الصك العشرين للتصديق أو الانضمام، في اليوم الثلاثين الذي يعقب تاريخ إيداع تلك الدولة لصك تصديقها أو انضمامها.

The Convention entered into force on 1 July 2003 in accordance with paragraph 1 of its article 87, and following the twentieth instrument of ratification of the treaty on 14 March 2003.

He recalled that the International Convention on the Protection of the Rights of All Migrant Workers and Members of Their Families, which was the subject of a report of the Secretary-General (A/48/471), would enter into force three months after the deposit with the Secretary-General of the twentieth instrument of ratification or accession.
١٢ - وفيما يتعلق بالاتفاقية الدولية لحماية حقوق جميع العمال المهاجرين وأفراد أسرهم وهي موضوع تقرير اﻷمين العام الصادر تحت الرمز A/48/471 فإنها سوف تصبح نافذة المفعول بعد ثلاثة أشهر من ايداع الصك العشرين للتصديق عليها أو الانضمام إليها لدى اﻷمين العام.

To note further that the Beijing Amendment entered into force on 25 February 2002, on the ninetieth day following the date of deposit on which the twentieth instrument of ratification had been deposited by States or regional economic integration organizations that are Party to the Montreal Protocol on Substances that deplete the Ozone Layer;
3 - أن يلاحظ كذلك أن تعديل بيجين دخل حيز النفاذ في 25 شباط/فبراير 2002، في اليوم التسعين التالي لموعد إيداع الصك العشرين للتصديق من جانب الدول أو المنظمات الإقليمية للتكامل الاقتصادي التي هي أطراف في بروتوكول مونتريال بشأن المواد المستنفدة لطبقة لأوزون؛

To note further that the Beijing Amendment entered into force on 25 February 2002, on the ninetieth day following the date of deposit on which the twentieth instrument of ratification had been deposited by States or regional economic integration organizations that are Party to the Montreal Protocol on Substances that deplete the Ozone Layer;
3 - أن يلاحظ كذلك أن تعديل بيجين دخل حيز النفاذ في 25 شباط/فبراير 2002 في اليوم التسعين التالي لموعد إيداع الصك العشرين للتصديق من جانب الدول أو المنظمات الإقليمية للتكامل الاقتصادي التي هي أطراف في بروتوكول مونتريال بشأن المواد المستنفدة لطبقة لأوزون؛

(b) In accordance with the provisions of article 5 (1) (2) of the Convention, the amendment to article 1 shall enter into force six months after the date of deposit of the twentieth instrument of ratification, acceptance, approval or accession.
