Historic anthropogenic emissions by sources[and/or anthropogenic removals by sinks] for the activity, as appropriate;
`9` الإنبعاثات الصُنعية المتسلسلة زمنياً حسب المصدر [و/أو عمليات إزالة الإنبعاثات الصُنعية بواسطة البواليع] لنشاط ما، حسب الإقتضاء؛

I. Monitoring Project participants shall propose, as part of the project design document, a monitoring plan to be used for the purpose of demonstrating anthropogenic reduction of emissions by sources [or enhanced anthropogenic removals by sinks] from the project. The monitoring plan that shall provide for:
121- يقترح المشاركون في المشروع خطة رصد ، كجزء من وثيقة تصميم المشروع ، وخطة رصد تستخدم لغرض التدليل على تخفيض الإنبعاثات الصُنعية حسب المصدر [أو زيادة إزالة الإنبعاثات الصُنعية بواسطة البواليع] من المشروع وتتضمن خطة الرصد ما يلي :

Greenhouse gas anthropogenic emissions by sources[and/or anthropogenic removals by sinks] associated with the registered CDM project activity;
(أ) الإنبعاثات الصُنعية من الغازات الدفيئة حسب المصدر [و/أو إزالة الإنبعاثات الصُنعية بواسطة البواليع] المرتبطة بنشاط مشروع آلية التنمية النظيفة المسجل ؛

J. Verification Verification is the periodic independent review and ex post determination by a designated operational entity of the monitored emission anthropogenic emission reductions by sources and [enhanced anthropogenic removals by sinks] that have occurred as a result of a registered project activity during the verification period.
130- التحقق هو استعراض مستقل دوري وتحديد لاحق بواسطة كيان تشغيلي معين لتخفيضات الإنبعاثات ، تخفيضات الإنبعثات الصُنعية حسب المصدر و[زيادة الإزالة الصُنعية بواسطة البواليع] التي حدثت نتيجة لنشاط مشروع مسجل أثناء فترة التحقق.

Data sources to be used to calculate the baseline anthropogenic emissions by sources[and/or anthropogenic removals by sinks], such as historic data on anthropogenic emissions by sources[and/or anthropogenic removals by sinks]variables and parameters used;
`8` مصادر البيانات التي تستخدم لحساب الإنبعاثات الصُنعية حسب المصدر [و/أو عمليات إزالة الإنبعاثات الصُنعية بواسطة البواليع] عند خط الأساس، مثل البيانات المتسلسلة زمنياً بشأن الإنبعاثات الصُنعية حسب المصدر [و/أو إزالة الإنبعاثات الصُنعية بواسطة البواليع] والمتغيرات والثوابت المستخدمة؛

Comparison of with the total anthropogenic emissions by sources [and enhancements of anthropogenic removals] attributable to the project activity calculated using the approved within the geographic area of the reference scenario to the appropriate baseline methodology;
`4` [مقارنة بإجمالي] [الإنبعاثات الصُنعية حسب المصدر [والزيادات في إزالة الإنبعاثات الصُنعية] التي تعزى إلى نشاط المشروع وتقع داخل المنطقة الجغرافية للسيناريو المرجعي، محسوبة بإستخدام منهجية خط الأساس المناسبة المعتمدة؛

In accordance with the guidelines under Article 7 [and Article 5, paragraph 2], each Party included in Annex I shall incorporate in its annual inventory of anthropogenic emissions by sources and enhanced anthropogenic removals by sinks, the following information:
1 - وفقاً للمبادئ التوجيهية بموجب المادة 7 [والفقرة 2 من المادة 5]، يُدخل كل طرف مدرج في المرفق الأول في قائمة جرده السنوية للإنبعاثات الصُنعية حسب المصدر وزيادة الصُنعية في إزالتها بواسطة البواليع ، المعلومات التالية:

[Assure that, as far as possible, CDM project activities shall comprehensively cover all relevant anthropogenic sources, [sinks and reservoirs] of greenhouse gas emissions, adaptation, and shall comprise all economic sectors;]
(ﻫ) [كفالة أن تغطي أنشطة مشاريع آلية التنمية النظيفة ، على أكبر قدر من الشمول، جميع المصادر الصُنعية ذات الصلة، [البواليع والمستجمعات] لإنبعاثات غازات الدفيئة ، والتكيف، وتشمل جميع القطاعات الإقتصادية؛]

Verify monitor and certify anthropogenic emission reductions by sources [and enhanced anthropogenic removals by sinks] in emissions that are additional to any that would occur in the absence of certified project activity, in accordance with the modalities and procedures decided by the COP/MOP;
(د) يتحقق من ويرصد ويجيز تخفيضات الإنبعاثات الصُنعية حسب المصدر [وزيادة إزالة الإنبعاثات الصُنعية بواسطة البواليع] للإنبعاثات التي قد تحدث في غياب النشاط المجاز للمشروع وفقاً للطرائق والإجراءات التي يقررها مؤتمر الأطراف/إجتماع الأطراف؛

An identification of all potential sources of enhanced anthropogenic greenhouse gas emissions by sources and enhanced anthropogenic removals by sinks outside the project boundary[and within the relevant geographic area within the reference scenario][ that are significant and] reasonably attributable to the project activity;
(ج) تحديد جميع المصادر المحتملة لزيادة الإنبعاثات الصُنعية لغازات الدفيئة حسب المصدر وزيادة إزالة الإنبعاثات الصُنعية بواسطة البواليع خارج المشروع [وداخل نطاق المساحة الجغرافية داخل إطار السيناريو المرجعي] [الهامة و] التي يمكن عزوها منطقياً إلى نشاط المشروع؛

Procedures for periodic calculation of anthropogenic emission reductions by sources and [enhanced anthropogenic removals by sinks] of greenhouse gases by the proposed CDM project activity occurring within the project boundary in accordance with an approved monitoring methodology specified in the project design document;
(ز) إجراءات للحساب الدوري لتخفيضات الإنبعاثات الصُنعية حسب المصدر و [زيادة إزالة الإنبعاثات الصُنعية بواسطة البواليع] المعززة لغازات الدفيئة حسب النشاط المقترح لمشروع آلية التنمية النظيفة الذي يقع داخل نطاق المشروع بما يتمشى مع منهجية الرصد المحددة في وثيقة تصميم المشروع ؛

Parameters related to the determination of baseline anthropogenic emissions by sources [and/or anthropogenic removals by sinks]. [This may include monitoring parameters outside the project boundaries to capture leakage effects [, at the national or subnational level]];
(ب) البارامترات المتصلة بتحديد إنبعاثات خط الأساس الصُنعية حسب المصدر [و/أو إزالة الإنبعاثات الصُنعية بواسطة البواليع] . [ قد يشمل هذا بارامترات خارج حدود المشروع لمعرفة آثار التسرب [ ، على الصعيد الوطني أو دون الوطني ] ] ؛

Completeness means that monitoring covers, for the project baseline and actual anthropogenic emissions by sources[and/or anthropogenic removals by sinks], all relevant GHGs and sector and source categories, [as well as sinks], listed in Annex A to the Protocol.

(د) استعراض نتائج الرصد وتحديد الخفض في الإنبعاثات الصُنعية حسب المصدر [و/أو زيادة الإزالة الصُنعية بواسطة البواليع] مستندة إلى البيانات والمعلومات المستخدمة في (أ) والمتحصلة من خلال (ب) و/أو (ج) ، حسب الإقتضاء ، بإستخدام إجراءات حسابية تتوافق مع تلك الواردة في وثائق تصميم المشروع المسجلة ؛

In reviewing project documentation and conducting, as deemed appropriate, on-site inspections, the designated operational entity will Verify that the monitoring methodologies for estimation of reduced anthropogenic emissions by sources [or enhanced anthropogenic removals by sinks] have been applied correctly and its documentation is complete and transparent;
(ﻫ) لدى إستعراض وثائق المشروع والقيام ، حسبما يعتبر مناسباً ، بإجراء تحريات في الموقع، سيتحقق الكيان التشغيلي المعين من أن منهجيات الرصد لتقدير خفض الإنبعاثات الصُنعية حسب المصدر [أو زيادة الإزالة الصُنعية بواسطة البواليع] قد طبقت بشكل صحيح وأن توثيقها كامل وشفاف ؛

Option 2: Project participants shall submit a request to the operational entity for certification of accrued anthropogenic emission reductions by sources [and/or enhanced anthropogenic removals by sinks] associated with a project activity over a specified time period.
الخيار 2 : يقدم المشاركون في المشروع طلباً إلى الكيان التشغيلي لإجازة تخفيضات الإنبعثات الصُنعية المجمعة حسب المصدر [و/أو زيادة الإزالة الصُنعية بواسطة البواليع] المرتبطة بنشاط مشروع طوال فترة زمنية محددة .
