CRC recommended that the Government adopt effective measures and policies and contribute to changing attitudes; properly investigate cases of domestic violence and sexual abuse at schools and sanction the perpetrators, with due regard for the rights of child witnesses and child victims; and take measures to prevent the criminalization and stigmatization of victims.
