1- على الدولة الطرف التي تصادر عائدات إجرامية أو ممتلكات عملا بالمادة [...] [المصادرة والحجز] أو الفقرة 1 من المادة [...] [التعاون الدولي لأغراض المصادرة] من هذه الاتفاقية أن تتصرف في تلك العائدات الاجرامية أو الممتلكات.

(a) Contributing the value of such proceeds of crime or property or funds derived from the sale of such proceeds of crime or property or a part thereof to the account designated in accordance with article 30, paragraph 2 (c), of this Convention and to intergovernmental bodies specializing in the fight against organized crime;
(أ) التبرع بقيمة تلك العائدات الاجرامية أو الممتلكات أو بالأموال المتأتية من بيع تلك العائدات الاجرامية أو الممتلكات، أو بجزء منها، الى الحساب المخصص وفقا للفقرة 2 (ج) من المادة 30 من هذه الاتفاقية والى الهيئات الدولية - الحكومية المتخصصة في مكافحة الجريمة المنظمة؛

(a) Contributing the value of such proceeds of crime or property or funds derived from the sale of such proceeds of crime or property or a part thereof to the account designated in accordance with article 36, paragraph 2 (c), of this Convention and to intergovernmental bodies specializing in the fight against corruption;
(أ) التبرع بقيمة تلك العائدات الاجرامية أو الممتلكات أو بالأموال المتأتية من بيع تلك العائدات أو الممتلكات، أو بجزء منها، إلى الحساب المخصص وفقا للفقرة 2 (ج) من المادة 36 من هذه الاتفاقية وإلى الهيئات الدولية - الحكومية المتخصصة في مكافحة الفساد؛

2. When acting on the request made by another State Party in accordance with article 13 of this Convention, States Parties shall, to the extent permitted by domestic law and if so requested, give priority consideration to returning the confiscated proceeds of crime or property to the requesting State Party so that it can give compensation to the victims of the crime or return such proceeds of crime or property to their legitimate owners.
2- عندما تتخذ الدول الأطراف اجراء ما بناء على طلب دولة طرف أخرى، وفقا للمادة 13 من هذه الاتفاقية، يتعين على تلك الدول أن تنظر على سبيل الأولوية، بالقدر الذي يسمح به قانونها الداخلي واذا ما طلب منها ذلك، في رد العائدات الاجرامية المصادرة أو الممتلكات المصادرة الى الدولة الطرف الطالبة، لكي يتسنى لها تقديم تعويضات الى ضحايا الجريمة أو رد تلك العائدات الاجرامية أو الممتلكات الى أصحابها الشرعيين.
