1. WELCOMES the offer by the Republic of Madagascar to host the thirteenth ordinary Session of the Assembly of the African Union in Antananarivo, Madagascar;

1. The decisions and resolutions adopted by the General Conference at its thirteenth regular session (2009) are reproduced in the present document.

At its thirtieth session, the Board decided to recommend to the Conference the appointment of Mr. Kandeh K. Yumkella as Director-General of UNIDO for a period of four years from the eighth day of December 2005 or until the Director-General appointed at the thirteenth regular session of the Conference assumes office, whichever is later.
وقرر المجلس في دورته الثلاثين أن يوصي المؤتمر بتعيين السيد كانديه ك. يومكِلاّ مديراً عاماً لليونيدو لمدة أربع سنوات تبدأ في اليوم الثامن من كانون الأول/ديسمبر 2005، أو إلى حين تولى المدير العام الذي يعينه المؤتمر العام في دورته العادية الثالثة عشرة مهام منصبه، أي التاريخين أبعد.
