The Conference of the Parties shall assume the responsibilities of the Conference of the Parties serving as the meeting of the Parties to the Kyoto Protocol related to the clean development mechanism until the latter's first session.

Decides that this decision shall be effective immediately upon adoption and remain in effect until the decision referred to in paragraph 13 of this decision is adopted by the Conference of the Parties serving as the meeting of the Parties to the Kyoto Protocol;

Recommends that the Conference of the Parties serving as the meeting of the Parties to the Protocol, at its first session after the entry into force of the Protocol, adopt the following decision:
13 - يوصي مؤتمر الأطراف العامل بوصفه إجتماع لأطراف في بروتوكول كيوتو، في دورته الأولى بعد بدء نفاذ البروتوكول ، بأن يعتمد القرار التالي:

Decides further that the adaptation fund shall be managed by [an existing institution [to be determined by the Conference of the Parties serving as the meeting of the Parties to the Kyoto Protocol]] [the entity entrusted with the operation of the financial mechanism of the Convention];
2 - .- يقرر كذلك أن تدير صندوق التكيف [مؤسسة قائمة [يحددها مؤتمر الأطراف العامل بوصفه إجتماع الأطراف في بروتوكول كيوتو] [الكيان المكلف بتسيير الآلية المالية للإتفاقية]؛

Recommends that the Conference of the Parties serving as the meeting of the Parties to the Protocol, at its first session after the entry into force of the Protocol, adopt the following decision:
2 - يوصي مؤتمر الأطراف العامل بوصفه إجتماع الأطراف في البروتوكول، في دورته الأولى بعد بدء نفاذ البروتوكول بإعتماد القرار التالي:

[Also decides that any body authorized to carry out executive functions on behalf of the Conference of the Parties serving as the meeting of the Parties to the Kyoto Protocol shall have a membership that reflects the unique representational balance established by the practice of the Parties (such as the Bureau of the Conference of the Parties)];
