(d) Establishing an energy efficiency partnership in the Arab region, involving specialized entities in member countries and the relevant Arab and regional organizations operating in this field, with a view to exchanging information and assisting the Arab countries to formulate the necessary legislation and mechanisms and implement energy-related capacity-building programmes.
(د) تكوين شراكة حول كفاءة الطاقة في المنطقة العربية، وذلك بين جهات الاختصاص في البلدان الأعضاء والمنظمات العربية والإقليمية العاملة في هذا المجال، لتبادل المعلومات ومساعدة البلدان العربية في وضع الآليات والتشريعات اللازمة بالإضافة إلى تنفيذ برامج بناء القدرات بشأن الطاقة.

(i) To design and implement national programmes to enhance the survey of land resources, prepare land maps and complement all pertinent information so as to establish credible digital databases that do not contradict other information sources, while supporting proper planning for land resources management, enhancing investment and advancing collaboration with Arab and regional organizations concerned;
' 1` تصميم وتنفيذ برامج وطنية للارتقاء بمستوى الدراسة الاستقصائية عن الموارد من الأرض وإعداد خرائط للأراضي واستكمال جميع المعلومات الهامة لإنشاء قواعد بيانات رقمية موثوقة لا تتناقض مع الموارد المعلوماتية الأخرى، وذلك في وقت يقدم فيه الدعم للتخطيط السليم لإدارة الموارد من الأرض وتعزيز الاستثمار ودفع التعاون مع المنظمات العربية والإقليمية المعنية إلى الأمام؛

b. To invite the Arab Center for the Study of Arid Zones and Dry Lands, in coordination with Arab and regional financing institutions (Islamic Development Bank, Arab Fund for Economic and Social Development, Abu Dhabi Fund for Development and the Saudi Fund for Development), which have demonstrated their willingness to provide start-up financing for certain integrated water resource management projects.
ب - دعوة المركز العربي لدراسات المناطق الجافة والأراضي القاحلة بالتنسيق مع مؤسسات التمويل العربية والإقليمية (البنك الإسلامي للتنمية، الصندوق العربي للإنماء الاقتصادي والاجتماعي، صندوق أبوظبي للتنمية، الصندوق السعودي للتنمية)، التي أبدت استعدادها لتمويل بعض مشاريع الإدارة المتكاملة للموارد المائية من أجل البدء في تنفيذ هذه المشاريع.
