المادة 36 - تغيير محل الإقامة: على أصحاب تراخيص حيازة وحمل الأسلحة النارية أن يبلغوا السلطة العسكرية المختصة بأي تغيير في محل الإقامة أو مكان حيازة السلاح الناري في غضون 45 يوما من حدوث التغيير والقيام بما يلزم من أجل بيان هذا التغيير في تراخيصهم على النحو المناسب.

Article 38. Renewal. Holders of a licence to possess or bear firearms who wish to renew their licence must comply with the provisions of this Decree. However, the General Command of Military Forces shall, before the licence expires, send a written notice to the address provided by the holder to the competent military authority.
المادة 38 - تجديد التراخيص: كل من يرغب في تجديد ترخيص لحيازة أو حمل أسلحة نارية أن يلتزم بأحكام هذا المرسوم مع ملاحظة أن القيادة العامة للقوات المسلحة سوف توافيه بإخطار خطي قبل انتهاء مدة الترخيص توجهه على العنوان الذي يقدمه إلى السلطة العسكرية المختصة.

المادة 90 - الوثيقة الإدارية - يقوم ضابط السلطة العسكرية المختصة أو الشرطة، عن طريق صك إداري، بالترتيب لإعادة السلاح أو الذخيرة أو المتفجر أو اللواحق التي صودرت، أو التي دفعت غرامة بشأنها، في غضون 15 يوما من تاريخ استلام التقرير المقدم من الموظف الذي استولى عليها، أو من تاريخ الإبلاغ عن المخالفة.

Pursuant to article 20 of this Decree, in the case of each firearm within the national territory owned by individuals, the owner must have received a valid licence to possess or carry it, issued by the competent military authority.

المادة 44 - طلب نقل الحق في استخدام السلاح الناري: ينبغي لكل من يرغب في نقل الحق في حيازة أو حمل الأسلحة النارية المرخص له بحيازتها وحملها إلى شخص آخر أن يتقدم بطلب بهذا المعنى إلى السلطة العسكرية المختصة التي لها أن تلبي طلبه إذا ما كان الطرف الراغب في حيازة هذا الحق مستوف للشروط المحددة في هذا المرسوم.
