3. In its resolution 1373 (2001), the Security Council requests that States ensure that the financing, planning, preparation or perpetration of terrorist acts and support for terrorist acts are established as serious criminal offences in domestic laws and regulations and that the punishment duly reflects the seriousness of such acts.
3 - يطلب مجلس الأمن في قراره 1373 (2001) من الدول كفالة إدراج تمويل الأعمال الإرهابية أو تدبيرها أو الإعداد لها أو ارتكابها أو دعمها في القوانين والتشريعات المحلية بوصفها جرائم خطيرة وكفالة أن تعكس العقوبات على النحو الواجب جسامة تلك الأعمال الإرهابية.

ENSURE THAT ANY PERSON WHO PARTICIPATES IN THE FINANCING, PLANNING OR PERPETRATION OF TERRORISTS ACTS OR IN SUPPORTING TERRORIST ACTS IS BROUGHT TO JUSTICE AND ENSURE THAT, IN ADDITION TO ANY OTHER MEASURES AGAINST THEM, SUCH TERRORIST ACTS ARE ESTABLISHED AS SERIOUS CRIMINAL OFFENCES IN DOMESTIC LAWS AND REGULATIONS AND THAT the punishment duly REFLECTS THE SERIOUSNESS OF SUCH TERRORIST ACTS

In adopting this legislation, Barbados has fulfilled the requirements of paragraph 2 (e) of UN Security Council Resolution 1373, that States ensure that terrorist acts are serious criminal offences in their jurisdiction and that the punishment of such acts duly reflects the seriousness of the acts.

5. In adopting this legislation, Saint Vincent and Grenadines has fulfilled the requirements of paragraph 2 (e) of UN Security Council Resolution 1373, that States ensure that terrorist acts are serious criminal offences in their jurisdiction and that the punishment of such acts duly reflects the seriousness of the acts.
5 - وباعتماد هذا التشريع، أوفت سانت فنسنت وجزر غرينادين بالتزاماتها بمقتضى الفقرة 2 (هـ) من قرار مجلس الأمن التابع للأمم المتحدة 1373، التي تنص على أن تكفل الدول النظر إلى الأعمال الإرهابية على أنها جرائم خطيرة وأن تكفل أن تعكس العقوبات على النحو الواجب جسامة تلك الأعمال الإرهابية.
