Women's rights to conclude contracts and to administer property are given equal respect and validity to those of men.

Legal capacity to conclude contracts and administer property:
الأهلية القانونية لإبرام العقود وإدارة الممتلكات

Therefore, a woman who is aged 18 or above is no longer a minor and can enter into contracts and administer property in her own name.
ولذلك لا تعد المرأة البالغة من العمر 18 عاماً أو أكثر قاصراً ويمكنها إبرام العقود وإدارة الممتلكات باسمها.

In particular, they shall give women equal rights to conclude contracts and to administer property and shall treat them equally in all stages of procedure in courts and tribunals.
وبوجه خاص، تَمْنَح المرأةَ حقوقا متساوية في إبرام العقود وإدارة الممتلكات وتعُامِلها بالتساوي في جميع مراحل الإجراءات في المحاكم والهيئات القضائية.

- Article 26(1): Right to conclude contracts and to administer property
المادة 26(1): الحق في إبرام العقود وإدارة الممتلكات

25. The rights provided in this article overlap with and complement those in article 15 (2) in which an obligation is placed on States to give women equal rights to enter into and conclude contracts and to administer property.
٢٥ - تتداخل الحقـــوق المنصوص عليها في هـــذه المادة وتتكامل مع الحقوق المنصوص عليها في المادة ١٥ )٢( التي تلزم الدول بمنح المرأة حقوقا مساوية للدخول في التعاقدات وإبرام العقود وإدارة الممتلكات.

2. States Parties shall accord to women, in civil matters, a legal capacity identical to that of men and the same opportunities to exercise that capacity. In particular, they shall give women equal rights to conclude contracts and to administer property and shall treat them equally in all stages of procedure in courts and tribunals. "

The Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Discrimination against Women requires women's " equal rights to conclude contracts and to administer property " and " [t]he same rights for both spouses in respect of the ownership, acquisition, management, administration, enjoyment and disposition of property. " (Arts 15(2), 16(1) (h))
وتنص اتفاقية القضاء على جميع أشكال التمييز ضد المرأة أن يكون للمرأة " حقوق مساوية لحقوق الرجل في إبرام العقود وإدارة الممتلكات " و " نفس الحقوق لكلا الزوجين فيما يتعلق بملكية وحيازة الممتلكات، والإشراف عليها، وإدارتها، والتمتع بها، والتصرف فيها " . (المادتان 15 (2) و 16 (1) (ح)).
