Organized by a non-governmental organization, the International Scientific and Professional Advisory Council of the United Nations for Crime Prevention and Criminal Justice, this international Workshop on the Protection of Artistic and Cultural Patrimony was held with the cooperation of the United Nations Crime Prevention and Criminal Justice Branch and the Division of Physical Heritage of UNESCO.
وقد نظمت حلقة العمل الدولية هذه منظمة غير حكومية هي المجلس الاستشاري العلمي والمهني الدولي بالتعاون مع فرع الامم المتحدة لمنع الجريمة والقضاء الجنائي وقسم التراث الثقافي التابع لليونسكو.

A study prepared by the International Scientific and Professional Advisory Council with the assistance of the Helsinki Institute for Crime Prevention and Control and the inputs of other regional institutes, was submitted to the Conference.
وقدمت الى المؤتمر دراسة أعدها المجلس الاستشاري العلمي والمهني الدولي بمساعدة معهد هلسنكي لمنع الجريمة ومكافحتها، ومساهمات من معاهد إقليمية أخرى.

55. Important substantive contributions are made by the International Scientific and Professional Advisory Council, which serves as a focal point for input to the Programme from non-governmental organizations and academic and professional institutions active in the field.
٥٥ - ويقدم المجلس الاستشاري العلمي والمهني الدولي إسهامات فنية هامة ويعمل كمركز تنسيق للمدخلات التي تقدمها للبرنامج المنظمات غير الحكومية والمؤسسات اﻷكاديمية والمهنية العاملة في هذا الميدان.

Observers for the following intergovernmental and non-governmental organizations addressed the Commission on Crime Prevention and Criminal Justice, the International Scientific and Professional Advisory Council, the International Centre for Migration Policy Development, Soroptimist International and the League of Arab States.
كذلك خاطب لجنة مع الجريمة والعدالة الجنائية المراقبون عن المنظمات الحكومية الدولية وغير الحكومية التالية: المجلس الاستشاري العلمي والمهني الدولي والمركز الدولي لوضع سياسات الهجرة ورابطة أخوات المحبة وجامعة الدول العربية.

32/ The annual contribution of Italy is used to support the functioning and operations of the International Scientific and Professional Advisory Council and UNICRI.
)٣٢( يستخدم تبرع ايطاليا السنوي في دعم وتشغيل المجلس الاستشاري العلمي والمهني الدولي ومعهد اﻷمم المتحدة اﻷقاليمي ﻷبحاث الجريمة والعدالة.

38. The Economic and Social Council, in its resolution 1993/30, and the General Assembly, in its resolution 48/103, welcomed the initiative of the Government of Italy and the International Scientific and Professional Advisory Council to organize such a conference, under the auspices of the Crime Prevention and Criminal Justice Branch.
٣٨ - رحب المجلس الاقتصادي والاجتماعي في قراره ١٩٩٣/٣٠، كما رحبت الجمعية العامة في قرارها ٤٨/١٠٣، بمبادرة حكومة ايطاليا والمجلس الاستشاري العلمي والمهني الدولي بشأن تنظيم هذا المؤتمر تحت رعاية فرع منع الجريمة والعدالة الجنائية.

In cooperation with the Centre, the International Scientific and Professional Advisory Council of the United Nations Crime Prevention and Criminal Justice Programme prepared a questionnaire, addressed to policy makers and legislation drafters, seeking information about existing laws and possible requirements for ratification.
12- وبالتعاون مع المركز، أعد المجلس الاستشاري العلمي والمهني الدولي التابع لبرنامج الأمم المتحدة لمنع الجريمة والعدالة الجنائية استبيانا موجها الى واضعي السياسات وصائغي التشريعات، ملتمسا منهم معلومات عن القوانين الراهنة والمتطلبات الممكنة للتصديق.

The questionnaire was tested at the interregional seminar on the ratification of the Convention and its Protocols, organized by the International Scientific and Professional Advisory Council at Courmayeur, Italy, from 13 to 16 September 2001.
وقد اختُبر الاستبيان في الحلقة الدراسية الأقاليمية المعنية بالتصديق على الاتفاقية والبروتوكولات الملحقة بها، التي نظمها المجلس الاستشاري العلمي والمهني الدولي في كورمايور، ايطاليا، من 13 الى 16 أيلول/سبتمبر 2001.

(d) Seminar on crime, violence and conflict towards early warning and social prevention mechanism, organized by the International Scientific and Professional Advisory Council at Courmayeur, Italy, from 4 to 6 October 1997;
)د( الحلقة الدراسية عن الجريمة والعنف والنزاع من أجل وضع آلية للانذار المبكر والوقاية الاجتماعية ، التي نظمها المجلس الاستشاري العلمي والمهني الدولي في كورمايور ، ايطاليا ، من ٤ الى ٦ تشرين اﻷول/أكتوبر ٧٩٩١ ؛

(b) External relations. Cooperation with the Council of Europe, OAS, OAU and EU, as well as with relevant non-governmental organizations, particularly through the International Scientific and Professional Advisory Council, on the improvement of criminal justice administration and management and on the prevention and control of urban, juvenile and violent crime.
