The three main State bodies involved in education are the Ministry of Social Action and National Solidarity (MASSN), the Ministry of Basic Education and Mass Literacy (MEBA) and the Ministry of Secondary and Higher Education and Scientific Research (MESSRS).

The Committee requests that the State party include information on the results of the study on human trafficking carried out by the Ministry of Social Action and National Solidarity and action strategy in its next periodic report.
وتطلب اللجنة من الدولة الطرف أن تدرج في تقريرها الدوري المقبل معلومات عن نتائج الدراسة المتعلقة بالاتجار بالبشر التي تنفذها وزارة العمل الاجتماعي والتضامن الوطني واستراتيجية العمل.

In addition, the Committee notes that the Ministry of Social Action and National Solidarity and the Evaluation Committee have an important role to play in the coordination of activities for the implementation of the Convention, but remains concerned at the insufficient human and financial resources allocated to coordination among the various programmes and ministries, which affects the implementation of the Convention.

9. COBUFADE expressed concern that, despite the efforts made by Burkina Faso to raise awareness of children's rights, according to a study conducted by the Ministry of Social Action and National Solidarity in 2008, 63 per cent of children and 40 per cent of adults in Burkina Faso had never heard of children's rights.
9- وساور تحالف بوركينا فاسو للدفاع عن حقوق الطفل القلق مما خلصت إليه دراسة أعدَّتها وزارة العمل الاجتماعي والتضامن الوطني في عام 2008 من نتائج مؤداها أن 63 في المائة من الأطفال و40 في المائة من البالغين في بوركينا فاسو لم يسمعوا قط بحقوق الطفل، رغم الجهود التي بذلتها الحكومة لترويجها(18).

18. While noting that grants are allocated on an annual basis to provide care for child victims of offences under the Optional Protocol, the Committee regrets the lack of information on clearly identifiable budget allocations to activities specifically designated for the implementation of the Optional Protocol by line ministries, in particular the Ministry of Social Action and National Solidarity.
18- في حين تلاحظ اللجنة أن المنح توزع على أساس سنوي لتقديم الرعاية للأطفال ضحايا الجرائم بموجب البروتوكول الاختياري، فإنها تأسف لعدم وجود معلومات بشأن مخصصات محددة بوضوح في الميزانية لأغراض الأنشطة المصممة خصيصاً لتنفيذ البروتوكول الاختياري من قبل الوزارات المعنية، لا سيما وزارة العمل الاجتماعي والتضامن الوطني.

Research conducted in 2006 by HAI and the Ministry of Social Action and National Solidarity (MASSN) in seven provinces showed that about 90 per cent of banished women commit suicide, flee to neighbouring communities where they are unknown or die of starvation as they are unable to reach a town or a reception centre.
وقد بينت الدراسات التي أجراها في 2006 كل من المنظمة الدولية للنداء الإنساني ووزارة العمل الاجتماعي والتضامن الوطني في سبع مقاطعات أن نحو 90 في المائة من النساء المنفيات ينتحرن، أو يهربن إلى المجتمعات المجاورة حيث لا أحد يعرفهن أو يمتن جوعاً نظراً لعدم قدرتهن على الوصول إلى أي بلدة أو مركز استقبال(17).
